While having kept its local architecture, this small fisherman's house, which was completely renovated, is located 5 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes from the beach as the town center including the open market every day in summer .
This house on one level has a living area of ​​60 m2, with a stay of 15 m2 with kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140, 1 room with 2 beds 90, bathroom with walk-in shower, and separate toilet. Electric heating pleasantly full comfort. A garden of 200 m2 with lawn and shady mimosa and a small very sheltered courtyard. The set is fully fenced.
Although large, the garage can not accept a car over 1. 70m tall.

Wenn du das Grundstück betrittst, bist du in einer eigenen, kleinen Welt. Sehr gepflegt, das Häuschen ist alt, srahlt Charakter aus, ist technisch aber auf dem neuesten Stand. Zu betonen ist der schöne Wintergarten am Eingang, der auch bei schlechtem Wetter Wärme und einen gemütlichen Platz darstellt mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Gastgeber sind sehr, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und diskret, sie wohnen in der Nähe, etwa 10 Minuten entfernt. Der Markt, ein kleiner Supermarkt, Strand und Hafen, Restaurants, alles ist in der Nähe. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

La maison est très bien située à proximité des plages et du centre de Saint Denis. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la véranda très agréable dès qu’il fait un peu frais. Les arbres du jardin permettent de manger dehors même s’il fait beau. Nous avons établi un très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !
