Three-level townhouse in Killington’s Colony Club with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, a large living room, fireplace, and deck overlooking the mountains. Great for large groups or families looking to be close to the slopes and Killington's restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace (firewood included!) with comfortable seating for all to sip wine, play games and relax after a day of skiing and enjoying the mountains!

Rental includes all linens and towels, wifi internet, a smart TV with Roku to stream content (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) from phones and tablets, Bluetooth stereo with ipod hookup, fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the unit.

Walking distance to many great bars and restaurants along the access road. The shuttle bus also picks up right at the end of the road.

We really enjoyed this VRBO. We are a family of 4 with two young kids. We had two families join us for different parts of our stay. The condo was well stocked and a great layout for two families. Great location. Top to bottom a great trip, would come here again.

Clean updated house with new bathrooms, individual thermostats, fully stocked, and all the amenities, so all of us (2 families/10 people) enjoyed our stay in comfort. 5 min drive to the slopes and town restaurants and stores. The house was perfrect for a large group! All bedrooms had access to their own showers which was convenient. Very close to the mountain and local restaurants! So cozy to play games near with the fireplace going in the living room. We will be back next year for sure!!

Excellent Family Vacation

This condo is really wonderful for our family - 6 adults, 2 kids and 1 infant. Plenty of flexible bedrooms, extremely well kitted kitchen (yes, we cook on vacation) , great location. Skiing during the day, games by the fireplace at night - plenty of room for all of us around the table for dinner. Great and very responsive owners. Would definitely consider returning.

New Year family get-away

This place worked out beautifully for our group. We had more than enough room for 9 of us. (were expecting 4 more and that would have worked out with room to spare). We loved the cozy living area as a comfortable place to all hang out. And the spacious bedrooms let everyone have the privacy they needed. Everything was clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the townhouse and recommend it highly.

Great place to stay!

I stayed here with a group of family and friends in March - had a great time! Plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, and the living room was perfect for gathering with the group. Location is great - close to the base areas, and parking was no problem. The owner was easy to work with - great communication and no issues. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Experience in Spacious Townhouse

We had a group of 13 stay at this townhouse over Presidents' Day Weekend, and it was one of the smoothest rentals I have experienced. The owner communicated quickly and clearly, and we had everything sorted out within a couple days. The house is very cozy, complete with fireplace and plenty of firewood. There is a stereo system, flatscreen TV with cable & DVD player, poker chips, and board games for entertainment. The big sell for this place is the number of beds. We had 13 people sleep more than comfortably in the 4 bedrooms. I counted 12 beds including a few large ones for sharing and a futon/couch in the living room if needed. Sheets, towels, etc. were all provided. It was a great place for everyone to crash at night after long days on the slopes. The mountain is a very short drive away, and you can walk into town if you really need to (not terribly close but not terribly far). There are also shuttles that will take you to and from places in town, which we used a lot and were great given the cold. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would recommend this place for any group looking for a nice place to stay that has a bunch of beds in a cozy Vermont atmosphere.

Beautiful Spacious Townhouse

I just rented this townhouse this past weekend as a big group of my friends needed a place to stay. We all competed at the Spartan Race World Championships at Killington Mountain. This was the perfect place to stay. It was about two minutes from the mountain, which was so convenient. Upon arriving at this townhouse you could immediately feel that Vermont charm. It was much more spacious than I thought. It had everything we needed, sheets, towels, and firewood right outside the door was a plus. The four showers were great as well because with our large group it was easy for everyone to wash off after the race. I plan on going back and renting this again this winter for some snowboarding trips. I highly recommend this place for families or groups of people.

Great Get-Away!

A group of my girl friends and I rented this condo for an end of summer long weekend get-away and had a great time. We love Killington in the winter and found there was tons to do in the summer as well. The condo was very clean and looked newly renovated. All new sheets/towels were provided. Having 4 bathrooms was a huge plus for our large group! We are looking into planning a week long ski trip this winter and hope to stay here again. Would definitely recommend!

I have been visiting Killington to ski with my family for 15 years. I wanted to get a permanent place near the mountain to call home (away from home), close to both the slopes and Killington's restaurants and nightlife.

What makes this property unique

Spacious and comfortable home. Big enough to allow family and friends to be together, but have their own space at same time, with three floors, four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
