Rental villa in Denia (Costa Blanca). This beautiful villa with private pool is situated aprox. 1,5km. from the sandy beach, 0,7 km. from the rock beach, 1,5km. from the supermarkets, restaurants and the town Els Poblets and 9km from Denia. With capacity for 6 people. The photos are generalized since we have several villas in the same area. The villa consists of private pool 8x4m. with metal stairs, lawn around the swimming pool, terrace with garden furniture. Inside with lounge dining room with t.v. (satellite), kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other one with bathtub. Air conditioning in the living-room.

Denia offers 20 km of coast with quiets waters that invite you for a swimfor a dive. Beaches with sand, rocks, coves, many of tem with Blue Flags of the clean Seas of Europe. Denia is one of the best place in Spain to practice windsurf, diving, sailing, and offers facilities to practice many nautical sports as well as others like golf, tennis and so on. Denia offers many possibilities like shopping, going to ?La lonja? the typical fishers market place, visiting the castle, walking in the prestigious area of the Montgo Natural Park with fantastic views to the coast. Denia´s Mediterranean cuisine is fresh and delicious. To achieve unforgettable holidays, enjoy the animated nightlife,discover the Spanish way of celebrating life going from one fiesta to another.

Ganz gut, aber im Detail etwas verbesserungswürdig...

- Wäscheständer müsste dringend erneuert werden. - Auflagen für Liegen & Stühle leider nicht vorhanden. - Keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, das sollte eigentlich Standard sein. (Aufgrund vorangegangener starker Regenfälle sehr viele Moskitos zu dieser Zeit) - Inneneinrichtung sowie Pool sauber und in Ordnung. - Leider läuft die Umwälzpumpe 24h und ist sehr laut. - Schade, eine Außendusche ist nicht vorhanden. Alles in allem hat es uns dennoch gut gefallen.
