Quiet twinhouse, best location in the village, ideal for families

CORONAVIRUS SPECIAL CLEANING with specific industrial products.

A deap cleaning is done with specific industrial products of Químicas Atlántico brand. This cleaning follows the guidelines recommended in two stages: cleaning and disinfection, starting with low risk areas (terraces, bedrooms, living room) before moving to higher risk areas (such as kitchen and bathrooms).
As a reminder: each bedroom has its own bathroom.

In particular, we are strengthening:
- Door handles
- Remote controls and switches (such as light switches, oven / hob control buttons, TV remote controls, stores traction system, etc.)
- Bathroom taps, flush buttons, toilet seat, hair dryers.
- Kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery (all dishwasher-safe at high temperature)
- Furniture - such as chairs, tables and bed frames.
- Children's items - such as beds, toys or other accessories (many have been removed from the property for safety)
- Household linen, systematically, even what seems not to have been used, washed at high temperature and then sprayed with a specific product for fabrics.
- Bins and recycling containers. All basic food, which can normally be used from guests to others, is thrown away (salt, aromatic herbs, coffee, etc.).
- Cleaning equipment is replaced, both for each cleaning and for the stay (sponges and mops). The vacuum cleaner is no longer available.
- Holiday information in paper, booklets, menus, cards is no longer provided. For Tenerife maps, free maps are provided by Tenerife Perla upon arrival in the baggage hall at the airport or at the tourist office in the village.
For your stay:
A shoe box is available on the terrace to store them before entering. There are two pharmacies in the village, where you will find masks at 95 cents per unit and hydroalcoholic gel.

The house is ideal for up to 6 people + 2 children & 2 babies as there are two ensuite bedrooms with double-bed with private bathrooms inside and the third room one with a sofa-bed & a child bed and another small bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen makes your life easy: microwave oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, washing-machine, kettle, coffee machine, ....
The house is adapted to small children and babies: safe plugs, and children barriers for the stairs, baby beds, high chairs, plastic plates, mixer, microwave, fryer, and beach & house games... Behind the residence a play ground (no street to cross)
Living room with HI-FI, SMART TV 40" with access in internet, DVD player. DVDs and Wifi provided. The house has a small terrace facing the child ren pool, with 4 sun beds, a table and chairs and another one where you can organise a barbecue. If you rent a car, parking spots are always easy to find in front of the house.
