Apartment on the outskirts of Venice

The apartment is located in Mestre about 20 minutes from Venice. Venice can be easily reached by tram. The cost of the tram ticket is 1.50 euros per person and is valid for 75 minutes. Near the apartment there are 2 large green parks. ( Parco San Giuliano e Parco Bissuola
The apartment on the third floor (without lift) in a small condominium context of only 6 units is 10 minutes by car from Venice Marco Polo airport, about 15 minutes from the Mestre railway station (Venice), and 5 minutes from the main highways .
Mestre is then about 30 minutes by car from the cities of Chioggia, Padua, Treviso, and about 15 minutes from the Riviera del Brenta. Mestre is divided from Venice by a long bridge 'Ponte della Liberta' (4km) and is the first city you come across once you leave Venice.
The accommodation consists of kitchen, living room, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 complete bathroom and 1 small bathroom. It is complete with every accessory has been further integrated with: a first aid kit, 1 portable fire extinguishers. A cot for children from 0 to 3 years is made available to our welcome guests, plus an additional folding bed. A free wi-fi internet line is also active inside the apartment.
Despite being in a convenient position for all services, the area is extremely quiet and free from noise of any kind.
To be added upon your arrival the tourist tax ( only for the first 5 days) of €3 per day per adult and €1.50 for children aged 10 to 16, under 10 there is no tax.
The ceck in is from 3pm to 10pm
The ceck out is by 10am
For arrivals after 10.00 pm a fee of 40 euros is applied

Nous avons passe un très bon sejour a Mestre venezia. L appartement de Daniela et Andrea est confortable, climatisé et surtout très bien situé. Proche du tramway pour vous rendre directement à Venise. Cela a été un vrai plaisir d y séjourner. Daniela a été très disponible alors que nous étions en retard pour la prise des clés. Très déçus. On a été trompé par la description mensongère de l'équipement.

Point positif : la proximité du Tram pour Venise. Points négatifs : Par rapport à l'équipement attendu et qui nous avait fait choisir cet appartement: - pas d'ascenseur, pas de coffre-fort- pas d'alarme système -pas 2 salles de bains mais une seule salle d'eau avec douche et aucun produit - dans la 2 ème chambre pas de penderie - le seul linge de maison fourni sont les draps -la salle à manger se limite à la cuisine ...... Attention !! équipement à vérifier pour ne pas tromper les locataires.

Out apartment was clean and very conveniently located in a beautiful residential area.

The apartment was across the street from the trolley, supermarket, and a fantastic restaurant. The neighbourhood was safe and very walker friendly.

Nice place to stay

We stayed only one night in this apartment but we have a beautiful time here, very close to Venice and the owner Andrea was waiting for us, we arrived a little late, but Andrea she keeps communications with us all the time, the apartment very nice, clean and has everything that we need to cook, sleep and anything else, I recommend 100%, thank you Andrea.

Very convenient for Venice. A tram stop very close by.

The apartment was well furnished and had everything we required for a visit to Venice. It was well furnished and comfortable. Andrea the owner could not have been more helpful. We made use of his transfer facility to and from the airport which was a great help.

FINE SETTIMANA CON FIGLI E NONNA

Alloggio perfetto e risponde totalmente a quanto descritto nell'annuncio. Casa comoda ai servizi, zona tranquilla per un riposo ristoratore dopo una giornata intensa a Venezia che dista 20 min di tram (1,5 Euro a persona) con fermata praticamente sotto casa. Supermercato Coop, farmacia, gelateria.... a due fermate di tram, meno di 10 min a piedi. Pulizia perfetta dalla biancheria all'alloggio e come sentirsi a casa! Lavastoviglie, lavatrice e Aria condizionata perfetti e frigo capiente con congelatore. Bagno e doccia spaziosi e ottima la presenza di un secondo bagno, per una famiglia con bimbi e nonna. I proprietari molto cordiali e e discreti oltre che disponibili per indicazioni e suggerimenti. Grazie di tutto speriamo di rivederci presto Sabrina e famiglia

Buon punto di partenza

Casa comoda ai servizi, zona tranquilla, parcheggio vicino, 20 min di tram da Venezia, la fermata praticamente sotto casa. Supermercato Coop a due fermate di tram, meno di 10 min a piedi. Pulizia. C è tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Ottima la presenza di un secondo bagno, per una famiglia con bimbi non è da sottovalutare. I proprietari molto cordiali e discreti.

Comfortable apartment close to Venice

We were greeted by our host right on time and could park on the street just next to the apartment. The apartment had most everything we needed. Daniella was very helpful with directions and advice on how best to get in and around Venice. There is a tram stop just around the corner from the apartment that provides a direct shot into Venice and back again. Overall we had a very nice visit and would happily stay again.

La fermata del tram che porta direttamente a Venezia con solo 1,5 € dista solo 50 mt. Difetti: letto matrimoniale "semovente" per questo molto instabile. Nel complesso buona.

Propre, bien placé, idéal pour découvrir la Vénétie

Petit séjour de deux nuits pour nous ! Nous cherchions un logement pour notre petite famille (2 parents et 2 enfants) proche de Venise et sans avoir à prendre notre voiture : mission parfaitement accomplie ! Ici vous trouverez un logement spacieux, simple et fonctionnel. Les deux chambres sont grandes et les litteries satisfaisantes, la cuisine est petite mais bien équipé et tout le nécessaire est sur place, la salle de bain a été refaite il y a peu du coup elle est parfaite. La propriété est comme le logement : un peu austère de prime abord mais c'est très calme, propre, les voisins sont aimables et on a laissé notre véhicule devant l'entrée durant deux jours gratuitement. Niveau localisation vous avez l'arrêt du tram à 150m qui amène directement à Venise en 25' pour 1€50, mais aussi au centre de Mestre si vous le souhaitez (belle place à visiter) ce qui évite bien des tracas avec les déplacements, le parking et les fameuses zones à trafic limité des villes italiennes. Bref c'est parfait pour se déplacer. En résumé si vous cherchez un logement avec jardin ou du clinquant ce n'est pas pour vous, mais si vous cherchez du fonctionnel, pratique et pas cher c'est le logement à prendre. Pour finir une pensée particulière pour Andréa qui dans un français parfait aura su nous conseiller pour notre séjour, qui aura été prévenante en nous achetant des tickets de tram pour notre arrivée, qui se sera plié avec le sourire pour arranger notre départ matinal, un séjour c'est un logement mais aussi ces moments de partages et de conseils qui contribuent à la réussite de vos vacances.

L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Venise depuis Mestre. Le tramway est à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement puis 25 minutes de transport. L'appartement au 3eme étage est très calme et bien agencé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, bien accueilli et conseillé par André et Daniela. Nous vous le recommandons chaleureusement. Fantàstic

Hola, Acabem d'estar en aquest apartament del 10 al 12 d'abril, dos adults i dos nens. Tot és com a les fotografies publicades. La parada de tramvia està a prop (Rielta) i s'arriba a la plaça de Roma de Venècia en uns 20-25 minuts. Andrea i Daniela són molt amables, t'ho expliquen tot amb detalls i t'aconsellen. El dia de sortida es van adaptar als nostres horaris sense cap problema. Es pot cuinar i rentar la roba perfectament. El wifi funciona correctament. Si hi tornem repetirem segur. Moltes gràcies Daniela i Andrea per tot. M. Àngels, José Luis, Laia i Enric (Gelida, Barcelona).

We stayed in this apartment in June for 2 nights. There were six of us and had a very comfortable stay . The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The trip to Venice was quite easy. Restaurants and marts were within a reasonable walking distance. Daniela and Andrea were very kind and helpful. My kids loved the apartment too. I'd love to stay here again.
