Climate in Algarve is hot and dry and the sun is shining all over the year. The mildness of winter days is also very pleasant.
Located on the ground floor, with terrace on garden area, the apartment is a part of a resort 3* located on the top of a cliff overlooking the sea.
Comfortable (kitchen fully equipped, garden furniture, air-conditioning/heating, television...) and near of all conveniences, the apartment will accommodated people of all ages.
Outside, you will find a swimming pool with see view and a paddling pools for children and also deckchairs/umbrellas to relax.
The sandy beach (Senhora da Rocha) is very near from the apartment with direct access. The summer, you can visit local caves by boat, look up to the ocean floor or practice water sports such as pedals and jet-ski.
Not far away, the beach of Armacao de Pera is stretched out to the horizon.
Restaurants and shops are nearby, the supermarket is at 500m. In addition, the shopping centre of Guia gathers a large number of brand names.

The apartment was just as advertised and perfectly situated near the beach. I enjoyed siting on the private porch to drink coffee in the morning. Access and amenities were great and we enjoyed walking a long the cliff tops. The beds were a little hard for my old bones, but the place is quiet and we slept well.We would return for sure.

Super logement à 2 pas d’une belle plage

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce logement et vraiment top. Propreté irréprochable à l’arrivée, propriétaire très réactive en cas de question, confortable et surtout emplacement vraiement privilégié. La plage est toute proche (5 min à pieds max avec de jeunes enfants) et c’est une très belle plage. La piscine accessible est aussi super, grande, équipée de transats et vue mer … le quartier est peu animé. En prenant la voiture on peut facilement rayonner sur l’algavre depuis cet emplacement assez central. Nous recommandons !

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Alles wat je nodig hebt is ruimschoots in het huisje aanwezig. Ligging is top! Leuk strand erbij en rustig zwembad. Aardige attente eigenaresse.

Smooth checkin. Very comfortable property. The beach is only a 5 min walk. Some nice restaurants nearby within walking distance. As this property is linked to the hotel next door you can use the hotel pool and facilities. Our host was very prompt in responded to any questions via email. We had a lovely and relaxing stay.

Apartamento muito agradável, muito próximo da praia, muito bem equipado e decorado, bom funcionamento da internet, espaço exterior muitíssimo agradável para descansar e para as refeições. Rustig complex en goed uitgerust appartement, 2 min van het strand

We hebben hier 2 weken doorgebracht eind juni, met peuter van 3 en baby van 1. Heel fijn verblijf! Goed uitgerust, airco was fijn want de eerste dagen was het 35 graden! Er was een babybedje met linnengoed en kinderstoel werd op aanvraag meteen geregeld. Schoonmaak en handdoekenwissel tussendoor was erg prettig. Zee en strand op 2 min lopen. Zwembad was fijn en rustig, een paar keer waren we de enige gasten. Restaurant bij zwembad erg lekker, niet goedkoop (pizza wel). Op t strandje is een lekker en niet te duur visrestaurantje. Je kunt ook via een tunnel door de rotsen naar een tweede strand. Op 10 min lopen vonden wij t mooiste strand, Cova Redonda. 's Avonds een paar keer naar Armacao de Pera op 10 min rijden, net iets meer te doen en leuke boulevard, ook veel restaurantjes en een paar leuke winkels. Huurauto is erg fijn voor boodschappen en uitstapjes. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Very nice, clean and well equipped apartment

The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, it was very clean and nice to live in. A/c was available separately in two rooms and worked fine. Nice small piece of garden. Attentive hosts, absolutely no problems with rental contract or deposit. One of the best experiences overall that we (a family with 3 kids) have had.

Cet appartement est très agréable, très bien décoré, bénéficiant d'une terrasse avec un jardinet. Il est idéalement situé près de la mer (criques magnifiques) et bénéficie de deux piscines extérieures et d'une intérieure très appréciée en avril . Dépaysement total assuré. Un très bon séjour dans cet appartement et dans les infrastructures qui l'entouraient. Le propriétaire s'est montré très présent (par téléphone et mail) et très cordial, ce qui est un très bon point ! La location était très bien entretenue. Elle est idéalement située (on peut difficilement faire mieux !), très bien meublée. Nous avons déjà recommandé cette location à des amis. Pour finir, on peut simplement dire que les photos ne rendent pas assez honneur à la réalité de ces belles vacances. A bientôt !

Très bonne adresse...

Très joli appartement, bien équipé. Seul bémol pour nous: le lit "parental" de 1m40 de large... Le propriétaire s'est très bien occupé de nous informer afin de faciliter notre installation. L'endroit est magnifique et les plages (criques) de Senora Da Rocha sont vraiment superbes (2 min à pied). De plus l'accès aux installation de l'hôtel Pestana Vicking est très agréable, surtout les piscines (extérieure et intérieure).
