Joli studio, spacieux et propre. La cuisine est quelque peu sous-équipé, difficile de préparer réellement à manger. Il n'y avait par exemple que 2 verres. L'environnement le long de la Via Nazionnale est très bruyant: circulation quasi ininterrompue de 04h30 à 01h30....Si vous habitez à coté du périf ou d'une autoroute, ça ne vous gênera peut être pas, mais en cas contraire faudra peut être 2 ou 3 nuits pour s'y faire. Dommage car situé pas trop loin des nombreux lieux à visiter.

SUPER ! Studio climatisé ...

SUPER ! Studio climatisé très propre, calme, confortable, très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités (10 mn à pieds de la gare Termini, 5 mn métro, superette en bas, resto...) et proche des sites touristiques. On a tout fait à pieds avec 2 enfants. Nous avons été reçu par une dame charmante. Accès Wifi. Le propriétaire a répondu à toutes nos questions avant le séjour. Nous sommes très contents de notre semaine passée à Rome et n'hésiterons pas à relouer ce studio. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

"Tres Bon sejour,Appartement tres bien situé proche de la gare des monuments des lignes de bus. LE double vitrage et la climatisation ont été un plus car pendant notre séjour il faisait 36 degrés en moyenne. Appartement tres propre et avec toutes les commodites,nous etions en couple et avons preferé cette formule à l''hotel. Je garde cette adresse et vais y revenir, Merci au proprietaire et au charm ant accueil de Martha"

"Une personne a l entree ...

"Une personne a l entree nous a remis les clefs de cet appartement sans nous parler. Le depart a ete du meme niveau. L accueil est vraiment deplorable. La cuisine est parfaite si on mange ailleurs. Le comble a vraiment ete le bruit. Je ne savais pas ce que c etait de dormir a cote d une rue pave . C est peu comme si on dormait sur les piste de roissy . Le double vitrgae ne change rien. Nous etions reveille des 5 heures du matin meme avec des boules quies!.... Lieu a eviter absoluement."

"La location est parfaite...

"La location est parfaite: 10mn à pied de la gare de Termini, une station de métro (Repubblica) à moins de 5mn, de nombreux bus juste devant la porte (dont le 64 qui va jusqu''au Vatican et la Piazza Venezia pour accéder aux Musei Capitolini). Studio très calme grâce à son double vitrage, bâtiment très joli. Quelques petits bémols néanmoins qui pourraien très facilement être résolus: l''évier de la salle de bains était bouché, l''air conditionné avait des problèmes de réglage, équipement de cuisine plutôt restreint, manque de linge de maison et linge de toilette limité, la table où prendre les repas était bancale... mais surtout les check-in and out étaient pris en charge par la femme de ménage très sympa... mais qui ne parle qu''italien et espagnol. Tout ceci n''entache cependant pas un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement."

"nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos deux enfants dans ce studio, très joliment décoré, dans un quartier très animé, proche de toute les visites touristiques, avec départ en bus et supermarché à ses pieds. Les propriétaires sont très sympa et serviables, tout en étant aussi très discret, ce qui est appréciable. On a déja envie de revenir!"

"Location très très bien ...

"Location très très bien placée dans Rome. On peut tout faire à pied ! Il y a même un supermarché pour faire ses courses d'alimentation à 2 pas de l'appartement ! Le studio est spacieux, très beau et très propre.Je le recommande vivement à quiconque souhaite faire un court séjour à Rome. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Seul bémol: l'équipement cuisine est très restreint et il n'y a qu'une mini table ronde en verre pour manger (à 4, on peut à peine poser 4 assiettes et 4 verres !). Pour conclure: si je retourne à Rome, je relouerai cet appartement, et j'irai plus souvent au restaurant !"

"Finalmente! Un appartame...

"Finalmente! Un appartamentino perfetto e che mantiene tutte le indicazioni della presentazione: arredato con gusto e tocchi simpatici di colore, cucina dotatissima, biancheria ed asciugamani nuovi e profumati, interni recentissimi, pulitissimo, bagno confortevole, ampio e nel quale farsi la doccia è davvero un piacere... Inoltre TV a schermo piatto grande, a parete, con tantissimi canali sky disponibili, ben insonorizzato. Location STUPENDA a pochi passi dai punti cruciali della Roma turistica, inserito in un bel palazzo storico dove anche l'ingresso è stato curato. Un appartamento che ti invita a soggiornare nella città eterna...piu' a lungo di quanto prospettato... Ve lo consiglio!"

"Appartement très propre et très bien équipé. Propriétaires très sympathiques à proximité, donnant de bons conseil pour les restaurants par exemple. Supermarché et arrêts de bus juste en dessous de l'appartement. Le double vitrage est efficace, ce petit inconvénient du bruit étant largement compensé par l'excellent emplacement et la qualité de l'appartement ! Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour à Rome grâce, entre autres, à cet appartement..."

The apartment is small wi...

The apartment is small with cute and well furnished. It is located about 7 minutes walking to Fontana de Trevi and just next to Via Nazionale, you even have a supermarket next to the apartment, within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The building where it is has lots of charm and it is very safe area. The owner, Mr S., was really helpful and waited for us to do the check in. I highly recommend it!.

"The flat is exactly as described and we received a very warm welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend this appartment. Being on a main road, it's rather noisy with the windows open, but otherwise there is no problem. Thank you to Francesca and Stefano."
