This is a farmhouse with large bay windows, very peaceful, not overlooked by any neighbour, with view of the mountains, at 2 km from the centre of Céret, vast landscaped park bordered by an irrigation canal, with a 300 sq. m deck and a 12m x 5m pool. It is close to Spain, the beaches, lake, the Oriental Pyrenees attraction, and 30 minutes from the Perpignan airport. It is perfect for a group of friends or large families.

Lovely villa in a great area

Great space to enable different groups to do their own thing. Fantastic pool, and kitchen. (Found electric gate a bit hard to use-but appreciated the secutiry for cars and motorbikes).

Brilliant for families, Great location, Amazing pool

13 of us stayed - 11 to 70. We loved it. Pictures don't do it justice. Bigger than we expected. Well equipped with new big gas BBQ. They need to get someone to take some newer pro pics to really show it off. Wifi was fast and very good - best I've experienced in France. 4G strong reception on phones. TV new and massive and tech perfect for kids but they mainly spent time outside in the pool and garden. There was plenty kitchen kit. 2 fridges and a separate freezer. It's about 5 mins in a car from Céret. Beach is about 30 mins away. Mountains to the rear. We slept 6 adults and 7 kids easily.

Superbe villa

Nous avons séjourné dans la villa 1 semaine en famille de 13 personnes dont 4 enfants.Nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable.La maison dispose d’une superbe piscine et de très beaux espaces extérieurs comme intérieurs, notamment la terrasse, le jardin et le séjour. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée tout comme le reste de la maison.La dimension de la piscine permet à tout le monde de pouvoir se baigner et d’avoir son espace.Cependant, quelques points à revoir quant à la propreté de la maison (beaucoup de toiles, d’araignées, poussière etc…)De plus, dans la chambre parentale située au sous sol , la literie est à revoir, la chambre dispose de 2 lits simples, plus précisément des sommiers dont les lattes n’ont pas cessé de se retirer pendant la nuit.Etant enceinte de 6 mois, nous avons dû retirer les sommiers et mettre les matelas à même le sol afin d’éviter toutes complications car être réveillée en sursaut plusieurs fois dans la nuit par des lattes qui tombent une à une n’est pas vraiment appréciable, les matelas de cette chambre mériteraient également d’être changés, ils sont creux.Toutefois, si vous souhaitez passer un agréable moment en famille dans un endroit reposant, nous vous recommandons cette villa. Franck est très sympa !

Le but de notre séjour était de se retrouver en famille dans un lieu facilement accessible à tous. La maison est magnifique ainsi que son jardin et l’environnement.Nous avons donc passé de très bons moments ensemble

Lugar fantástico y una casa agradable

El lugar y la casa nos han gustado mucho, los niños han jugado mucho en el jardín. La comunicación ha sido muy fácil y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitábamos. Lo único que se podría mejorar es el lavaplatos que no funcionaba bien y la limpieza de la cocina. Todo lo demás nos gustó mucho. Para repetir!

Villa bien située au calme très grand terrain belle piscine bel espace de vie Mais la maison manque un peu soin et de finitions. Bij aankomst was het huis verre van proper zodat we onze eerste uren konden spenderen aan afwassen van keukenmateriaal en keukenkasten, poetsen van terrasstoelen ophangen van schaduwdoeken.... Verder heeft het huis echt een grondige vernieuwing nodig voor deze prijklasse, lekkende douches, verouderde badkamermeubels, losliggende en omhoogstekende terrasplanken, verouderde bedden, geen schaduw aan het zwembad, geen stoppen in de afwasbakken ... Het huis heeft wel mooie ruimtes, veel keuennmateriaal, grote tuin en terras en leent zich voor een verblijf met 3 gezinnen en is niet ver gelegen van Céret waar je alles kan vinden van winkels, bakkers en leuke resaurants. Ondanks de minpunten hebben we een hele leuke vakantie gehad!

Agréable maison pour famille avec enfants

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison pour ses grands espaces de vie, le salon et la salle à manger avec ce magnifique poêle à bois ! D’où une chaleur très agréable y compris dans la mezzanine que les plus petits ont bien aimée . Cuisine vaste et bien équipée Point très positif , les grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la terrasse où nous avons pu prendre des repas ! Le jardin vaste , belle végétation , jeux d’enfants et pas de vis à vis , très tranquille . Un point négatif cependant , le ménage assez négligé ...

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage, aber seit Jahren schlecht gepflegt

Haus war schlecht gereinigt (Hundehaare überall). Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss rochen sehr schimmelig, man ekelte sich. Matratzen und unters Bett schaut man besser nicht... Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Wohnzimmer schön und geräumig, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Pool war verdreckt und auch wurde auch auf Reklamation schlecht gesäubert. Filteranlage funktioniert kaum. Garten schön, aber kaum gepflegt. Für diesen hohen Preis erwartet man bessere Pflege und Zustand! Erdgeschoss sanierungsbedürftig.

Très beau gîte qui convient parfaitement aux grands groupes. Nous étions 15 sans être les uns sur les autres. Rien ne manquait pour 15 au niveau cuisine. Terrasse piscine et jardin très agréable !

Bon séjour dans cette villa catalane.

Nous avons séjourné à 10 adultes dans cette maison du 11 au 21 septembre 2022. A notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Franck qui nous a donné diverses indications sur la maison et plusieurs conseils pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour. La maison est spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée. La terrasse est immense et bien pourvue en mobilier de jardin. Elle est située en zone rurale dans un quartier calme. Le jardin est très vaste. Cependant, quelques points (non essentiels) seraient à améliorer pour maintenir le standing de cette location : - l'eau de la piscine est restée trouble pendant tout le séjour malgré l'intervention de Franck qui a remplacé le robot défectueux. - Malgré la présence d'ombrières, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse aux heures chaudes de la journée. Peut-être faudrait-il prévoir de grands parasols ou un autre dispositif ? - le lambris de la terrasse est bien fatigué : certaines lattes s'affaissent, d'autres au contraire se soulèvent. - Peut-être envisager la climatisation dans la pièce de vie du fait de l'absence de volets. Des patins sous les chaises seraient nécessaires pour supprimer le bruit grinçant en déplaçant les chaises. Nous n'avons pas trouvé d'ouvre boîtes manuel. Malgré ces détails, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. 10 amis.
