This was our second time staying at this property. For us the location is perfect. It is centrally located to the major sites, there are busses and taxis nearby. There are thousands of resturants and shops within walking distance. The host is very nice amd helpful with whatever we needed.
The apartment has a beautiful courtyard and vaulted ceilings. It has interesting stairwells that are well maintained. It’s historic importance adds another layer of appeal. There is a musty odor that is to be expected when entering buildings of this age.The location is great! User guides are significantly helpful as is the host. I would stay at this apartment again.
What a great location! In the middle of all the prime attractions plus great local restaurants and shops. The apartment was perfect for our needs too! Would recommend to a friend!
Very spacious and nicely furnished apartment in an old building . The location is excellent for walking to many Rome attractions. Very quiet inside. Nice kitchen. Stairs may be a problem for some.
This was the perfect place to stay located in the heart of Rome close to all the best tourist attractions and lots of lovely restaurants close at hand. Andrea was a brilliant host answering all of our questions promptly and there to greet us in person at the apartment. He also provided useful information on transport and local facilities in the accomodation. The apartment itself was very well equipped and cute and quirky. No hesitation in recommending this property.
Upon arrival we were greeted by our host Andrea who then went thru all of the security measures for accessing the apartment. Entering the apartment he then took the time to explain all of the various functions and uses for the appliances, etc.Andrea was always available when needed for information which was appreciated. Thanks to Andrea for being a fine host! The location was excellent for interacting with all the attractions, dining, churches, bus lines, etc. Though the weather was HOT the AC worked great and there was plenty of Hot water for showering and relaxing in the afternoons!Loved having the bakery right next door for early morning pastries with our coffee and tea at the apartment!Would gladly book apartment again when returning to Rome as there is still so much to see and do!Michael and Oksana
The Host, Andrea was welcoming. The apartment is spacious & clean, within a safe courtyard. The facilities are very comprehensive, with washing machine & drying rack. Many cafes, restaurants, wine and other shops very close by. The location is very central to most major tourist attractions. Overall, it was a perfect apartment for our 6 night stay.
A wonderful location in the heart of Rome. Andrea worked with us all the way through and made sure if I had any questions or needed help he or Diego were available. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The restaurants in the area are to many, we couldn't eat at them all!! But the most important part was we both felt very safe here and in the neighborhood. Was our first visit to Rome and our charming little Flat made it perfect.
The location was excellent! Andrea was a great host and helped with transportation to the apartment from the airport. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The apartment has steps and getting to the second bathroom could be challenging for some. This was our second trip to Rome. This location can’t be beat. And don’t miss the pizza place at the end of the street. Andrea was right on target with his recommendation!
It was a perfect location in Rome and close to all the tourist sites we visited. There were many good restaurants, a bakery, and a small store nearby. It was very comfortable for our five day stay.
Andrea’s Charming Novona Flat is everything it says on the tin! The space is absolutely charming (with the quirkiest second bathroom you d ever seen!). The building I. Which it’s located is lovely. The location is absolutely perfect!!! We were walking distance to so much: historic sites, great restaurants, Piazza Navona and the best gelato in Italy! It really made us appreciate Rome. Not only is the flat absolutely charming, but so is its owner. We rent a lot of VRBOs, and have never had such a great host. From his exceptional “guidebook” to his personal greeting and fabulous recommendations he was the perfect host. When in Rome, you’d do very well to stay here!
