5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, single level property located on Sandy Ridge in Davenport. Open plan living area, wall mounted 45” flatscreen, patio doors to pool and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, large fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser, pantry and breakfast area seating 4. Utility room with washer and dryer. Master bedroom has a king size bed, 24” TV, DVD player, large closet and en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, single basin and WC. Bedroom 2 has queen bed, 24” TV and double closet. Bedroom 3 has queen bed, 24” TV, double closet and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 4 has twin beds and double closet. Bedroom 5 also has double/twin bunk. Family bathroom with bath/shower, basin, WC and door to pool area. The garage has been converted to a games room with pool table, table football. Outside the pool and jacuzzi have a full screen with frosted side panels and lush conservation to the rear to enable complete privacy. There is a large patio deck with table seating 4 and 2 sun loungers. Free WIFI and long distance calling. Grocery stores/restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive and the Disney attractions are easily accessible via Interstate 4. There is an open air shopping mall within 10 minute drive and for the golfing enthusiast there are plenty of courses within short driving distance.

Fabulous vacation home!

The home was beautiful, just as depicted on the website. It was well equipped with all the essentials. The pool and hot tub were in excellent condition and we all enjoyed hours of fun in them. Marshall and the property managers were very helpful and incredibly prompt in responding to our questions. I highly recommend this vacation home!

Beautiful vacation home

Beautiful property located in a clean , quiet community . Although not a gated community , area is safe and equipped with security system . Only minutes away from restaurants and grocery store and approximately 20 minutes away from Orlando Disney attractions . Beautiful 5 bedroom house with fenced pool and hot tub . Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others . Owners are very accommodating .

Great Stay !!!

The house is just like the pictures! Close to I-4 if you are going to Disney or other attractions. Shopping center less than 10 minutes away. Its in a quiet area and my family would come back to this house again in the future. The owners respknd quick to questions (and I had many). Definately would recommend this for people with small children, teenagers or just adults to get away or enjoy disney.

Beautiful Home

My family and I spent a week in this beautiful home this past September and we loved it!! It was clean,spacious and the kids especially loved the pool and the games room!! Then again my husband and I enjoyed that as well!! Having free WIFI was also a bonus! ! The neighborhood was very private,clean and we were only about 20-30 mins from the Disney theme parks! Which was awesome! We plan on visiting again someday and we'll definitely stay at this home again!

Privacy and clean

Near by grocery store, Taco Bell and McDonalds. Located about 35-45 minutes from major theme parks depending on traffic (avoid the I4 when possible). Walmart is about 20 minutes away and premium outlets about 25. Pool is clean, trash and recycling bin collection every Monday and Tuesday.

Best Vacation Ever

My family and I were so pleased with this rental. It was clean and we had plenty of room. It was so relaxing to come home to a private pool area after a day in the parks surounded by thousdands of people. I loved the pool and hot tub. My two chilren and my husband and I, spent many hours a day in the pool. We enjoyed that as much as the the theme parks. We cooked many meals on the bbq and with the full kitchen, we did not have to eat out every day. The beds were so comfortable! My children keep asking when can they go back, a question I can't get out of my own mind! I will certainly be staying here again at the next oppoutunity.

Great Family Vacation Getaway!

It is so nice to go on vacation and stay somewhere that is still as comfortable as home! The house was clean and everything worked great! There is enough room to sprawl out and not feel overcrowded! The game room was a great indoor distraction and the pool and spa were an even better outdoor distraction ;) Plus the house is far enough away to not be in the touristy hustle and bustle, but close enough that you can go home from universal or the disney parks for lunch and a swim. Ps although not as close, LEGOLAND is a must! Marshall was great at communicating very promptly and willing to answer any questions with a quick response. My parents, siblings, and nephew and I all had a great time!

Decent home pool/hot tub issues all week.

Pool and hot tub did not work properly all week. Paid extra to heat the pool and hot tub and had to contact maintenance everyday to clean and eventually replace filter but still did not work. Home needs a little TLC.

Great Home Away from Home!

We just returned from our Florida vacation at this property. We are a family of 8 adults (multi-generation) who got together for a family vacation in Florida. This house was perfect for us in size and location. The home was laid out very well. Everyone had their own bedroom and could enjoy their own privacy as needed. The patio/pool area was an often used conversation area. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house looked just like the pictures on the website. Marshall was great to work with and easy to get in touch with and always followed through with email response in a timely manner. He was gracious to answer all my questions. It was nice to be able to just hang out at the home and not feel cramped. It was easy to get to Disney World from the home and the airport was about a 25 minute drive. All in all we thought the home was great and we would definitely rent it again if we are in the Orlando area.

Fabulous Property!

This house exceeded our expectations! It was clean and well appointed. It was great having a place we could come back to after our days at the parks and just unwind. It would be a great set-up for two families with kids to share. There are two master bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms (one king bed, one queen bed), then it had two bedrooms with a bathroom between - each of those bedrooms had two twin beds. Finally, it had another bedroom with a queen bed. This bedroom shared the bathroom by the twin bed bedrooms. It had a nice size den and dining room and a smaller table in the kitchen area. You could seat 10 at both tables. We only had our family (of 4), but we did have a friend join us for two nights and there was plenty of space. We used this house as a base for enjoying both the Disney parks and the Universal parks. We spent 11 days in Orlando and split our time between the two parks with a couple days off (to recuperate between parks!). It was about a 10-15 minute drive to get to the Disney parks ( about 5 minutes off I-4, then about 10 minutes north to Orlando). It was about 25 minutes to Universal. It was close enough to get to the parks quickly (and not too long a drive home when we were tired), plus it was great on our days off to just rest and relax. The game room was alot of fun and the pool was sparkling clean. The patio on the back was very quite and private (nice in the mornings). ((Just a note - the easiest way to get to/from the airport to this location is via the toll road, so be sure to check out payment methods before you end up on the tollway - some of the rental companies charge you an exorbitant fee if you don't make arrangements ahead of time. The toll fees were only a couple bucks each way). The owner was very responsive. He worked with us to get the dates and pricing negotiated. He called back quickly with any questions or concerns and was eager to have the house in tip-top shape for us. We would definitely book this house again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great house that is far enough from the parks to get away, but still close enough to enjoy all Orlando has to offer!

Disappointing

Tired, neglected and in need of a refresh. The beds appeared to be the original from when it was built or new owner purchased it, they all had the foam padding installed in attempt to try and make them acceptable, they were not as all were well past there best before date. The couches were stained, dirty, and springs were broken very uncomfortable to sit on, screws keep falling out of the dinning room chairs, most of all the other furniture was old, damaged and had appeared to come from a thrift store. The stove back panel had hole in the glass making it difficult to set temperature and time, oven door seal had portions missing or burnt off. Shower curtain in back bathroom had black molt growing on it, over all the house was dirty and in need of a deep cleaning. The cockroaches we killed in the garage was alarming. The pool and liana area, when we booked the photos and comments showed a BBQ grill, and noted that renters were responsible for the propane, but there was no grill, and owners response when asked about it simple said "not sure what your talking about we don't have a BBQ". Pool heating at the beginning was hit and miss, with owner calling his pool guy for answers, we did get some heating after that, but after two weeks the spa quit working, and again owner said his pool guy was working on it. These were a couple of our wishes when we were looking to book, nice pool and spa with heating. Parking is a large concern in this neighborhood as cars line one side of the street completely, was nothing to see a person parking and the walking down five or six house to were the lived. The driveway could only accept two small sized cars at best. Had Sister in laws car towed because she accidently parked one tire on the grass, $280 to get back, and extreme amount of stress on her. Management company had posted on fridge about trash and recycle bins had to be back next to house or a $75 dollar fee would be applied, but several location in the neighborhood garbage was piled on the grass, and overflowing bins stayed out for days with birds and raccoons seen tearing it apart , but if cars were near or grass they were towed without question. Unable to give a good recommendation for this house, I'm sure the owner might feel and respond differently!!

Awesome... once again!

Our SECOND time staying here. Excellent location, 5 min from grocery, pharmacy, gas, pizza ( and liquor store ). 20 min from Disney, 30 min from Universal studios. Having your own pool and hot tub ( not having to share with anyone) after a long day at the theme parks is also a HUGE plus. Walking into the house again felt like home. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND to anyone looking for a place to stay ( and I have recommended to many of my friends and family). I'm looking forward to my third visit!

Snow birding

This home had several issues when we arrived. However the owner was wonderful to work with and solved these issues in a timely manner. All were issues that the owner was not made aware of . Our 3 month stay was great. The pool was perfect and the privacy screens made for lots of relaxation. Looking forward to renting this villa for winter 2020.

This house is as tired as you will be after a week of theme parks.

This house in need of some updates and deep cleaning. The mattresses are worn out. The twin mattresses are not on a foundation and when the kids turned over in the night the slats holding the mattress fell out. There was mold on all the faucets, in showers, and on the water dispenser on the refrigerator. Someone had previously dropped a soda and it was sprayed all over a wall. One lamp didn't work, one tv didn't work, one tv remote didn't work and the arm has fallen off the sofa. It was nice having a washer and dryer, but the dryer was not vented into the wall. We assumed this was a mistake and hooked it back up, but the dryer didn't work while the vent was attached to the wall. So to use the dryer, you had to leave the vent out, which heated up the room. The laundry is in the game room, so don't plan to use the game room if you need to do laundry. There were ample towels, but no bath mats. When booking, you don't realize that toilet paper, washing detergent and dishwasher tabs are not supplied (there's one of each to get you started). So plan on a shopping trip upon arrival. This was only a big deal because we arrived right before Christmas and there was a 1 hour wait to checkout at Walmart. Don't pay for pool heat. I was told it wouldn't be very warm if the temp was below 50, but it was freezing at 85. We waited until the warmest day there to let the kids swim, but two men showed up unannounced and needed to replace the pool liner. I made the assumption that the Jacuzzi was heated, but it was not. There was ample seating for meals with two dining tables. The tables and chairs were in great condition. There were plenty of dishes and cookware found in the kitchen. Don't plan on using the strollers from the pictures. They are both dirty and broken.

We spent 4 nights here on a Disney World trip. The home is clean, comfortable, and just as described. Beds are comfortable - the linens are starting to get a bit worn, but we all slept well. We paid for pool heat, only to find out after checking the freezing cold pool for 2 days that the pool heater/pump was broken. Owners had it replaced as soon as they found out - but unfortunately, it takes too long for the pool to heat up and so we didn't get to use it for our stay. It would have been nice to be able to relax in the hot tub after being on our feet all day. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice comfortable Villa

I would highly recommend this home! We stayed at this fella from June 6 through June 24, 2018. We were there for volleyball tournament. The home was clean. The pool was clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, and plates, dishes,etc....This home would be perfect for someone with a large family or for a group.

Our 2 week stay at this fabulous spacious home away from home was very enjoyable. The hot tub and pool was enjoyed by all. The floor plan was perfect to accommodate our family. The kitchen had everything that was needed when we felt like preparing a meal. Within half hour drive to theme parks. We also drove to Cocoa Beach and St. Pete Beach areas which is approximately 1 1/2 hr. drive. Thank you for the opportunity of enjoying this family vacation.

Wonderful Stay

We had a lovely stay at Marshall & Jeanette's house. I honestly can't think of anything that could have been better. The house was clean and well-equipped and everything was in working order. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and lots of cupboard, fridge and freezer space to store food. The beds and pillows are wonderfully comfortable with very soft linens. There are tons of towels - we never ran out. There are TVs in every bedroom and blow dryers in every bathroom. The garage has a pool table and foosball table. The pool was clean, beautiful and private and we spent a lot of time in it. The owners are very good with response time and communication. This is a great vacation home.

Very very nice place to stay. Wonderful!

We had a party of 7 and we had plenty of room. About 20 mins from door to parking lot of the Disney parks. Very easy drive to the parks. The place is very well kept. Had some very minor issues (bifold door off-track, stripped hardware on cabinet drawer), they had someone out the very next business day to take care of the issues even though I wasn’t that concerned. It was pretty cold so the pool heat helped but the swimming was still pretty chilly when it drops down below 50 degrees F at night! Brrr. But we were still able to enjoy it a couple days. Owner was very helpful and always responsive. Our Three kids and the 2 grandmas really enjoyed our stay!
