One of them has got 3-4 beds (a bedroom with a double bed; a kitchen
with a sofa- bed , a bathroom with shower, a porch,a garden,barbecue).
The villa with 2 bedrooms (5-6 beds) has got a bedroom with a double bed; a kitchen room with a sofa- bed , a bathroom with shower, a porch,a little garden and a parking space; it has got a further level underground (scantinato )where you can find a bedroom with double bed.
You can reach the beach to 1400 meters, in 2 minutes by car,15 minutes by foot.

Perfect!!
I stayed here for 2 nights with a big group of my girlfriends and it could not have gone better! Host was extremely kind and helpful with transportation, recommendations, and supplies around the house. Location is great, 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach and easy to take the bus into downtown villasimius. I highly recommend doing a boat tour to visit villasimius beaches! This home was an incredible deal for the affordable price, my only regret was not staying longer.

Sono stata in questa villa e mi sono trovata davvero bene. La casa è pulita e inserita in una zona tranquilla. Ho apprezzato gli spazi esterni e la possibilità di avere il posto auto privato.

VACANZA PERFETTA
La casa è accogliente, inserita in un contesto tranquillo, molto comoda la veranda esterna per poter cenare al fresco! Cortesia del proprietario di casa e massima pulizia nell'appartamento (dotato di tutte le comodità necessarie per un soggiorno rilassante).

ECCELLENTE
Siamo stati ospiti presso questa magnifica villa immersa in una zona incantevole di Villasimius lontana dal caos del centro abitato che comunque si può raggiungere in 2 minuti con l'auto. L'accoglienza è stata magnifica e la casa perfettamente pulita, ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie di tutto!

Vacanza 10 e lode
Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, la villa è inserita in una zona tranquilla, lontana dal centro caotico, ma vicina al mare. Abbiamo apprezzato la veranda esterna, dove è possibile mangiare. La spiaggia di Campus è molto bella, siamo stati anche a piedi facendo una passeggiata, ma ci si può arrivare in auto perchè il parcheggio è davanti la spiaggia. Anche in questo periodo Villasimius accoglie i turisti con negozi e locali caratteristici. Grazie per l'ospitalità!

Stupendo!
Villasimius con le sue belle spiagge di sabbia è un posto incantevole, la casa è inserita in un villaggio tranquillo, si dorme bene , si può tranquillamente mangiare in veranda ed è comodo avere il posto auto privato . La cucina è attrezzata di tutto. Molto bello il barbecue!

La description et les photos sont tout à fait correct.
Nous avons passé un super séjour et remercions Sebastiano pour sa disponibilité.

Una bellissima esperienza!
Io e mio marito siamo stati in questa villa per una settimana, era la prima volta a Villasimius e ci siamo innamorati del posto.
Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia degli ambienti e la zona, tutto è molto curato, confortevole, perfettamente attrezzato, soprattutto la cucina.
Ottima l'accoglienza che ci è stata riservata, nonchè la disponibilità del proprietario.
La zona è molto tranquilla ed è stato bello pranzare e mangiare nella veranda. Il posto auto privato è molto comodo, ma si può parcheggiare tranquillamente anche fuori, il parcheggio è sempre disponibile.
Speriamo di poter ritornare il prossimo anno!
