Spend your evenings together, munching on some popcorn, in front of the wood-burning fireplace as you watch a movie on the large smart TV in the living room. Or, battle it out over a game of air hockey or pool in the garage game room. Dine together, either inside at the table with space for eight, or outside on either level of the porch. Grill out on the driveway with the charcoal or gas grill. Equipped with A/C, heat, wifi, and cable television - you'll have everything you need to enjoy your Montreat getaway.

With several sleeping spaces, this home will be perfect for your family or group. The master bedroom has access to the back deck and a large ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms - one with a queen, the other with a queen and a twin bunk bed - a recently renovated hall bath, and a small sitting area with a twin sleeper chair. In the basement is a large sleeping area with two twin beds and an en suite bathroom. Additional sleeping space in the living room with the queen sleeper sofa. Located right inside the Montreat gate, it's a short drive to the conference center. This home is a short walk away from the West Ridge and Lower Piney trailheads, moderate connector trails in the Montreat system.

Please note: This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. This home is equipped with a brand-new 26KW Kohler Whole House Backup Generator to ensure guests will not ever be without electricity during their stay. The generator functions quietly and efficiently, coming on automatically within a few seconds whenever power is lost.

The owner keeps a vehicle stored in the garage. This home provides sheets and towels for your visit. For your convenience, beds will be made for stays from mid-August through May. During the summer Montreat Conference season—typically from the 1st Saturday in June to the 1st Saturday in August—the linens will be delivered to the home and available in gray laundry bags.
