Beautiful, peaceful surroundings.
We stayed here for five nights in November 2015. The studio was tiny, with no television or kitchen, but we were allowed to use a small kitchen just steps away in a house on the property. We didn't mind not having a television; we were busy and out a lot, and had our computers for keeping in touch and entertainment. The wifi worked just fine. I was happy to see a couple of cats nearby when we woke up the first day, and loved walking up the road and seeing/taking photos of the cows and the beautiful scenery. There was a small refrigerator and a Keurig type coffee maker. The bathroom was very cute, with a claw foot tub, which had a shower that worked well (being in California, we were definitely more conscious of our water use). My only complaint about the bathroom was the lighting, which was terrible for applying makeup (mirrors and light were in opposite areas). My husband's only complaint was that the bed was uncomfortable.
We were in Petaluma to visit family, and enjoyed going to Point Reyes Beach and the Armstrong Redwoods. A couple of the restaurants we liked in Petaluma were Central Market and Seared. A place I would highly advise against was the Stumptown Grill/Brewery. I left my entire lunch on the table....just awful.
The highlight of the 50 Acre Ranch we stayed on was definitely the open space and the cattle :-)
