The Tower is incredibly clean, all kitchen/bath items, linens, beds, sheets and towels are brand new, and great care is taken to ensure proper sanitation and thorough cleaning.

The hosts were terrific about communicating -- fast responses to our questions. They were also patient with us when we needed help because we accidentally set the fire alarm off while cooking. I often have issues with the beds at rentals but this bed was great.Very cute property in a great location.
Very nice place and nice walkable neighborhood, definitely enjoyed staying here, thank you!

HOTBOX
Initially the check in and communication was good however upon entry the smell of the unit was nauseating but clean. The tower is an upstairs loft without proper A/C, the unit provided was poorly installed with a gaping hole of hot air and bugs coming into the space. If you like privacy, this is not the place as there were no coverings on the windows the bedroom faced. I was going to be in town 2 weeks for work and found out the first day that it would much shorter. I contacted them straight away to let them know my stay would be much shorter so they could advertise for tenants and asked them to comp me a portion of the unused visit. She asked me for confirmation of dates, which I provided and then I no longer could get in touch with anyone. In summary: hotter than is comfortable, smelly and poor communication. It is situated by a private pool that can be noisy at night. Pros: cute
We are Jules, Ben, Orson and Farrah. We love our beautiful home in this awesome town, and can't wait to share it with you. Originally from London, we moved to California in 2013 and have now chosen Petaluma to be our home. We fell in love with stunning Sonoma County, and the relaxed, quirky, music, food and wine vibe in this town.
