We loved staying here for our first visit to Barcelona! The host was amazing at communication before and during our visit. The home was well equipped with everything we could need and it was in a great location to reach every sight we wanted to see. The host even took time to settle us in and tell us about local restaurants she would suggest. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Marie J was a great host. The apartment is perfectly located between multiple metro stations - which we used extensively while we were there. Tip- buy the Hola Barcelona card before you arrive to set yourself up for easy transportation. Recommend the apartment - we loved it

We loved this property and the owner. Perfect for our 2 days of exploration. Arrived early and was able to store luggage which was perfect. Owner had a repair estimate and backed our check-in up by an hour and a half which was a bit inconvenient as we had already had the full day out and about and were anxious for 4:00 check-in not 5:30. She helped us vacate by ordering our cab for us. We really appreciated her assistance.

We were quite comfortable at Maria's place. It was sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. For an apartment building, it was very quiet. We seldom heard neighbors. The terrace was the crowning jewel! Pastries, coffee and water were left for us. Maria met us when we arrived to give us the keys and picked them up at checkout. She was kind enough to call us a taxi pretty early in the morning so we could catch our train. The apartment is close to a metro stop and it is easy to manage. There are numerous restaurants and, most importantly, gelato shops nearby. We highly recommend Maria and her place.

This penthouse is very highly recommended by us as we found it to be comfortable and spotlessly clean with every amenity you’d expect, in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do and see.The host was perfect, giving local recommendations and information, and anticipating & bending over backwards to accommodate our needs.We had the best long weekend here and our host and this apartment were a big part of making our Barcelona visit so special!We would definitely use this penthouse again when we return!

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful roof top outdoor space and convenient location (near metro station, cafe and grocery store on the same block), but the best part of our stay was the manager. She was very responsive and helpful, made sure everything was provided that we needed (especially coffee) and gave a lot of great suggestions and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.

Beautiful apartment with all you could need

We really enjoyed how close it was to montjuic, the airport and the metros. Great restaurants walking distance and the host was excellent with communications. Very secure and very comfortable.
