Endroit super et appartement bien équipé

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement. Nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait. Il faut juste descendre pour profiter de la plage. Le restaurant au rez de chaussé est très calme et ce n'est aucunement une nuisance. En période estivale, il peut etre difficile de se stationner mais sinon, l'appartement est très bien et les deux terresses superbes.

Herrliche Blicke

Wir haben den Winter in diesem Appartment verbracht und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Christian ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und korrekter Vermieter, der regelmäßig Kontakt aufnimmt und alle Fragen ausführlich beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist hell, bietet von den beiden geräumigen Terrassen herrliche Blicke und liegt sehr ruhig zwischen Denia und Oliva, abseits von den Bettenburgen beider Orte. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt vor allem über Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen. Diel Lage im 3. OG hält fit.

Great roomy and very clean apartment, with fantastic oceanview -beach front..you can even hear the ocean:)!!..!! with ample free parking. Comfortable decorated, simple furniture but had all we needed, terrace is large/also confortable to sit 4p +, kitchen was also well equipped. Bathroom shower needs a lilttle updating, but also ok, hot water is fantastic. the mini Washmashine also perfect for our needs. TV channels: Spanish and French. All around... a good price, Owner also very attentive. Place is recommended!. Thank You!!

Habe einen sehr schönen Urlaub genossen. Top Lage

Es ist sehr gut erreichbar mit dem Auto und direkt am Strand, der sehr wenig Leute hat. Untendrin ein gutes Restaurant und es ist Nachts sehr ruhig hier. Die beiden Balkons sind super mit Sicht aufs Meer. Die Einrichtung ist zwar sehr einfach, aber es hat alles was es braucht. Für diesen Preis ist dies Super. Betreuung des Besitzers und die vor Ort sind freundlich und unkomliziert. Ich komme ziemlich sicher wiedereinmal.
