Nice town House in Santa Maria

Very nice House with a lovely swimming pool and well equiped kitchen. A lot of space in the House. The town of Santa Maria is also lovely, with cafés, bars and restaurants.

Perfect!

The house is beautifull and has everything you need for your stay. The location is also perfect en near to everything. Many thanks to Pedro and Magdalena because they were so nice en helped us with everything right away. We can highly recommend the house to everyone, we had a perfect holiday!

Un super séjour !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison de Pedro et Magdalena. Ils nous ont chaleureusement accueillis dans leur belle maison, qui correspondait parfaitement à la description. Tout était parfait, la maison, la terrasse, la piscine et la localisation à quelques minutes de Palma. Nous recommandons cette location pour les personnes qui souhaitent profiter d'une maison au calme, très bien équipée et idéalement située dans l'île. Nous reviendrons !!

perfect! Lovely!

The house is exactly as described and very well furnished. Pedro and his wife are really nice and very available, many thanks to them and their kidness! The area is perfect when you want to see the island, you are near to everyting! And the neighbours are also adorable. I really recommand this house and I would probably return even for a long week end for golf out of summer break:) thank you for this nice journey!

Great location, great house!

My family and I spent 10 days holiday at Pedro's lovely house in Santa Maria del Cami. The house is spacious and very comfortable with everything that you could want. Two teenagers were happy with there rooms and the wifi speed as well as the pool which is bigger than the picture looks! The town has some good shops and restaurants if you don't want to drive out. We found the 20 minute drive to Port de Soller for the beach and restaurants very easy as well as Palma which is even closer. A relaxing and very enjoyable holiday, Pedro made us very welcome when we arrived, all very easy. I would recommend! Mark Riggall and family.

Härlig Lägenhet utrustad med allt man behöver och mycket mer

Den perfekta lägenheten om man vill gott om utrymme och hög standard. Rent, snyggt och fräscht och med en utrustning som man inte brukar finna i en uthyrningslägenhet i Spanien. Vi bodde sex personer i lägenheten och hade den som bas för vår cykelvecka på Mallorca. Kan bara varmt rekommendera boendet till andra som vill ha lite extra av allt. Pedro som äger lägenheten skötte all service runt uthyrningen perfekt. Mvh sex svenska cyklister

Vacances réussies

Cette location correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes tant par sa localisation à proximité immédiate du centre de Santa Maria del Cami (nombreux restaurants, commerces et services, à noter un beau marché le dimanche matin à moins de 100m) que par la qualité de la prestation conforme à ce qui est annoncé. La maison est bien conçue et parfaitement équipée ce qui la rend très agréable à vivre. Nous tenons à remercier Pedro et Magdalena pour leur formidable accueil et leur grande disponibilité.

Alles Tip Top !!

Ein schöner Aufenthalt und das Haus war sehr gut für unsere Zwecke geeignet. Viele Details sind positiv aufgefallen: alles recht neu und gepflegt, hochwertige TV Anlage, es fehlen allerdings ein paar Deutsche Programme. Sogar eine Wii Station ist bereits installiert und mobiler, hochwertiger Lautsprecher für Musik aus dem Handy. Internet war super, haben wir schon wesentlich schlechter erlebt auf Malle. Den Drucker am PC habe ich nicht zum Laufen bekommen, aber egal. Der Pool ist recht klein aber immer für eine Abkühlung gut. Man ist sehr abgeschottet und dadurch für sich - schön für chillige Partyabende mit Grillen etc. Wer Aussicht mag sollte woanders einziehen. Nach Palma sind es nur 10-15 Minuten Fahrt. Unsere Ballermann Musik hat auch niemanden genervt.... Anscheinend :-)

Tolles Haus, toller Urlaub!

Tolles modernes Haus mit kleinem Pool, aber dafür sehr schnuckelig und Privat. Gut ausgestattet mit modernem TV, Wii, Stereoanlage etc. Die Nähe zu Palma hat uns gut gefallen in 12-15 Minuten ist man da. Netter Vermieter. Jederzeit wieder.

Beautiful place in quiet town

We wanted to find a big enough house for the entire family, with aircon, walking distance to shops, a private pool, short driving distance to everything and a quiet authentic town without too much tourists. And this is exactly what we found. The owners were super nice and serviceminded. The house has three big bedrooms and three baths. Perfect when you are a lot of people. Our children loved it here with the private "garden" where they were safe from traffic and of course the pool. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make food. We used the barbecue after the sun went down. The electricity shot down once after probably using to much power, but Pedro fixed this right away and it didn't happen again. The washingmachine went broken and the owners got us a new machine the same day. We had a car and went on a lot of road trips. We had dinner on Can Calet (can cannoli) which was delicious. We can also recommend the café/design store Livingdreams with a beautiful garden and yummi ice cream. All our questions were answered right away from the owners. The pool is bigger than it looks on the photo and the house even more beautiful than you can tell from the pictures. We can highly recommend the place!
