Fantastic stay in beautiful Bormes Les Mimosas

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Bormes Les Mimosas. The house is in a very large secluded plot with fantastic views but close enough for easy access to Bormes, Levandou as well as the beaches and vineyards of Cap Bernat. We very much hope to come back!

Perfect stay

Fantastic villa in an elevated position with great views. 8 of us stayed, 4 adults 4 children and the villa worked very well for us. Pool was excellent, plancha to cook on and the kitchen had all the equipment needed. Beaches were 10-15 mins away and Bormes les Mimosas centre is about 10 mins so great location, would thoroughly recommend.

De ruime woning situeert zich in een schitterende omgeving. We werden opgewacht door een supersympathieke en hulpvaardige Bertrand die ons rondgeleid heeft. Propere woning, keuken is voorzien van alle benodigheden, 4 ruime slaapkamers met airco. Enig puntje van kritiek: de bedden zijn niet zo groot. Het grote zwembad en het volledige domein compenseren dit ruimschoots. Hier wil ik zeker terugkomen.

Ein herrlicher Urlaub und eine tolle Zeit in Bormes les Mimosas. Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb in einem Weinberg. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf Bormes les Mimosas, Le Lavandu und das Mittelmehr. Die Ausstattung ist gut und absolut ausreichend. Alle RĂ€ume mit Klimaanlagen, der Pool sehr gepflegt und wirklich ausreichend groß. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermietern und die Übergabe waren reibungslos, sehr schnell und problemlos. Der persönliche Kontakt sehr herzlich !!! Gerne wieder :-)

Merci pour le bon accueil de Bertrand. Nous avons passĂ© une belle semaine dans cette maison trĂšs fonctionnelle, proche des plages du Lavandou, de Bormes et de BrĂ©gançon. Grande piscine cristalline avec une vue panoramique et sans vis-Ă -vis. L’air conditionnĂ© fonctionne bien. La plancha est un rĂ©gal pour les repas entre amis; les randonnĂ©es sont moins Ă©videntes car chemins non balisĂ©s et se terminent dans des propriĂ©tĂ©s privĂ©es. Toutefois , nos chiens ont beaucoup aimĂ© les promenades

A 2 pas de la mer et pourtant sans autre bruit que celui du vent ou le chant des cigales c’est d’abord une vue Ă  couper le souffle sur plus de 180 degrĂ©s aussi belle de jour que fĂ©Ă©rique la nuit; un immense terrain superbement entretenu et une maison toute simple pour ĂȘtre sans souci mais Ă©quipĂ©e de tout le nĂ©cessaire, confortable et trĂšs soignĂ©e; petit plus pour la sdb joliment rĂ©novĂ©e. Et enfin, c’est un accueil 5 Ă©toiles, chaleureux et empreint de confiance dont je remercie vivement Bertrand et son Ă©pouse. À louer sans hĂ©sitation!

Joli coin de paradis!

Rien qu’à l’arrivĂ©e sur le parking de la maison, nous en avons pris plein les yeux! Vue dĂ©gagĂ©e sur la baie du lavandou et sur le village de Bormes les Mimosas village! La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e comme indiquĂ© sur l’annonce, rien ne manque. DeuxiĂšme effet wahou en dĂ©couvrant la grande piscine! Les commodites et plages sont Ă  proximitĂ© en voiture. Un super séjour

Une vue incroyable magnifique qui domine tout Bormes-les-Mimosas, un cadre paradisiaque. Il y ne manque rien dans la maison, l’accueil des propriĂ©taires est trĂšs agrĂ©able,Ă  l’écoute et pleins de bons conseils pour vous indiquer les bons plans de la rĂ©gion. De plus Ă  l’arrivĂ©e une bouteille d’eau plate, pĂ©tillante et une bouteille de rosĂ© vous attende
super marque d’attention. La piscine est immense toujours avec un point de vue magnifique. Les commerces et le port et les plages sont Ă  10 mn maximum en voiture. Bref un sĂ©jour de rĂȘve Ă  renouveler dĂšs que possible.

 und trotzdem schnell am Strand oder in der Stadt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder. Das Haus liegt ruhig, inmitten eines schönen Gartens, wo man wunderbar entspannen kann, mit Blick aufs Meer, Bormes-les-Mimosas oder die Berge. Das Haus ist sauber, KĂŒche und Bad neu saniert. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Auch eine Plancha zum Grillen ist vorhanden. FĂŒr die freundliche und hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit Monsieur Nargaud sowie Wein und Wasser als Willkommensgeschenk möchten wir uns an dieser Stelle nochmals bedanken!

Kleines Landhaus mit wunderbarem Blick

Das Haus liegt erhöht auf einem HĂŒgel mit Blick auf Bormes und die Bucht von Le Lavendou. Durch die Lage ist es sehr ruhig, aber die StrĂ€nde sowie die nĂ€chsten Orte sind trotzdem sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus selber ist eher einfach eingerichtet, aber es ist alles vorhanden. Die BĂ€der sind neu... Leider konnten wir trotz des schönen Wetters weder die riesige Terrasse noch den Pool geniessen, da durchgĂ€ngig der kalte Mistral blies, was zu dieser Zeit aber normal ist... Wir haben viele AusflĂŒge und Wanderungen gemacht und den Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen.

Tolle Lage, absolut ruhig und klasse Blick

Sehr schönes Haus in toller abgeschiedener Lage. Super Ausgangsort fĂŒr Wanderungen! Leider hatten wir vergessen BettwĂ€sche & HandtĂŒcher mitzubringen und uns war auch nicht klar, dass die Endreinigung nicht inklusive ist (kostete nochmal 120€ plus 54€ fĂŒr die BettwĂ€sche). An der Stelle vielen Dank an Bertrand und seine Frau, die uns spĂ€t abends noch ausgeholfen haben!!!

Netter Urlaub in entspannter AtmosphÀre

Sehr schönes Objekt mit Fernblick. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war trotz leichter Sprachbarrieren unsererseits sehr gut und immer möglich. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist zwar etwas abenteuerlich, aber auch mit einem Van gut zu bewĂ€ltigen. Der Vermieter ist bemĂŒht, die RĂ€umlichkeiten nach und nach zu modernisieren. Insbesondere die BĂ€der sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Lage

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus auf wunderbarem GrundstĂŒck mit mediterraner Bepflanzung. Herrlicher Blick in die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Ruhig und trotzdem nahe am Meer und den Orten Bormes und Lavandou. Herrlicher großer Pool mit tollem Poolbereich. Alles war wunderbar und hĂ€tte nicht besser sein können! Hervorragende Gastgeber.
