Vacances près des belles plages

La baignoire fuit attention aux glissades, le bruit passe sous la porte d entrée et on entend tout, les cafards rentrent et le vent fait bouger la porte, la plaque déconne mais nous étions pres de tout à pied.La propriétaire est très gentille.Tout s est bien passé, merci.

Grazie per le gentili parole,mi riempiono di soddisfazione perchè cerco di metterle in pratica con i miei ospiti. Mi fa piacere che abbiate apprezzato la vicinanza alle spiagge e al centro perchè si può fare tutto a piedi scegliendo tra le spiagge libere (spiaggia dei gradoni) o tra quelle private che allietano le giornate con musica ( sono i lidi più di moda al momento). Spero che vi sia piaciuto anche il lido a due passi da casa con il ristorante proprio sul mare, sia per la comodità di raggiungerlo a piedi sia per la splendida visuale romantica che il posto conferisce; ma anche la festa della Madonna dell'alto mare che trasforma l'intera zona in una atmosfera gioiosa di luci, bancarelle ecc.. con i caratteristici fuochi d'artificio in mare.

Location strategica: praticamente 3 spiagge di acqua cristallina sono a 5 minuti a piedi

Sono contenta che vi sia piaciuto tutto ed anche la ristrutturazione completata da poco. Effettivamente la posizione dell'appartamento è strategica perchè potete fare tutto a piedi senza prendere la macchina: dall'andare al mare, alle splendide spiagge proprio li vicino , al centro storico, ai ristoranti e ai bar. I figli possono andare tranquillamente da soli al mare. Siete state delle persone eccezionali e vi ringrazio di essere venute.Un grande abbraccio e a presto.

stupendo consigliatissimo a soli 80 metri dalle spiagge di sabbia

Sono soddisfatto al massimo, l'appartamento è veramente grande, è moderno, è tutto nuovo. E' luminoso, ottimi elettrodomestici. l'appartamento è ben disposto visto che noi eravamo in otto, il soggiorno è come se fosse la terza stanza comodi anche i divani letto. Non manca nulla e soprattutto a soli 80 metri dalle spiagge (direi le spiagge più belle) e a due passi dal centro storico. La posizione è strategica perchè sia sul lato destro che sinistro ci sono spiagge e quindi ogni giorno cambiavamo con facilità spiaggia( da quella famosa dei gradoni a quella della castellana)Comodissimo anche il parcheggio, anche ai miei figli è piaciuta molto per gli ampi spazi. Poi tutto il condominio è circondato da piante e alberi comodissimo anche per il mio cagnolino La proprietaria è gentilissima . Lo consiglio vivamente.

IL LUNGOMARE ED IL CENTRO SONO A POCHI PASSI MA COMUNQUE L’APPARTAMENTO SI TROVA IN UNA ZONA RESIDENZIALE MOLTO TRANQUILLA E RISERVATA. POSSO DIRE CHE è STATA UNA BELLISSIMA ESPERIENZA DA RIPETERE SICURAMENTE, OTRANTO è UNA BELLISSIMA CITTA’ CHE CI HA CATTURATO DA SUBITO. Comodità e vicinanza

L'appartamento è al piano terra, vicinissimo al centro (5 minuti a piedi) e alle spiaggia più bella di Otranto, La Castellana. Lo abbiamo trovato in perfetto stato di pulizia, ordinato, di grande spaziosità e luminosità. L'attrezzatura di cucina è più che sufficiente, ma d'altronde ad Otranto abbondano ottimi ristoranti alla portata di tutte le tasche, e quindi non si sente troppo la mancanza di qualche accessorio. Quartiere silenzioso, supermercato vicinissimo e fornitissimo. Otranto è di per se una città fantastica, pulita e accogliente ed è anche un'ottima base di partenza per imparare a conoscere il resto della costa e l'entroterra. Da San Foca a Santa Cesarea è un continuo susseguirsi di spiagge e calette, per tutti i gusti e per tutte le esigenze. STRACONSIGLIABILE!!!
