In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Great spot

Great location and walkable to many restaurants and sights. Property manager was very accommodating for luggage storage before check in which was really appreciated. Apartment was a good size for 2 couples and great for each bedroom to have its own bathroom, washer/dryer and safe were great features

Property was fantastic! Walking distance to major locations in the city. The property was clean and spacious. Communication with property management was excellent. I will most definitely rent from property management again on my next stay to Barcelona.

Wonderful stay

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, kids ages 3 and 5). It was very central to numerous bus and metro lines, had an array of shops and restaurants close by, and was very spacious. I have already recommended this apartment to friends

Perfect size and location

We are two couples who have traveled together many times. This Barcelona apartment was perfect for us in terms of size and location. We were allowed to check in early and to leave our luggage in the unit a bit late which was a tremendous help.

Fantastic Apartment!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is even more spacious than it looks in the photos, it had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and it was a perfect central location -- walking distance to many of the sites, but away from the noise crowds. And Mariana was easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and gave us good recommendations for restaurants as well as the lay of the land when we arrived.. Generally, staying here added to the enjoyment of our time in Barcelona!

Charming space in great location

The photos didn’t do this flat justice. Lovely historic French doors along the front of the flat open on to the tree-lined street. Walked everywhere. And the unexpected bonus was the great expat whiskey bar next door. Highly recommended.

Excellent apartment - accurate listing - but MIA support

Great apartment - spacious and in a central and convenient location. We really enjoyed our stay. The BCN hosts were helpful and responsive when we had ordinary questions but when there was an emergency (another BCN client in the building but in a different apartment got stuck in an elevator) it was impossible to reach anyone at BCN. No one responded for two days - very strange.

Excellent apartment

This is a lovely apartment that was perfect for our stay. The location is excellent with a lot of great restaurants and shops but quiet at night. You can easily walk to the metro or grab a cab, if needed. The apartment was clean, spacious and quiet with doors opening to the street below for a nice breeze. The master bedroom did not have an AC unit but the living room one was strong enough to keep us cool at night. It had everything we needed and a 24 hour market steps away. There is an amazing coffee shop directly next door too. We highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Barcelona.

Great experience!

The communication and check in process was great. The managment team is onsite Mon - Fri so that was convenient. The apartment itself was great. Huge living area with nice furniture. The large bedroom has a lot of strorage for clothes and the bed is super comfortable. The twin bed room was a little smaller but our kids left their luggage in the entry way. The A/C worked great. 1 unit in the living room and one in the twin bed room. The washer and dryer was also handy. The neighborhood is convenient to most areas to walk but cabs are easily accessible one street over. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Great spacious spot walkable to everything

Stayed here for 5 nights in August 2023. Host met us at the door and explained everything. Nice big den for down time. No English TV, Apple TV, etc…so don’t expect to watch TV. Our other VRBOs in Paris and Venice had smart tv or Apple TV. AC worked fine in August heat, and fans to make sure you’re comfy. Huge shower in master, bathrooms were great, water pressure great. Lots of storage in master. Little balconies over street. Very quiet place on a pretty quiet street (between main thoroughfares so not a ton of traffic). Cabs were plentiful at door or a block up to larger thoroughfare all times of day. We felt perfectly safe walking with our luggage from Placa de Catalunya to the condo. Great tapas place one block down (el Mercat) and a fun microbrewery run by an American ex-pat a block down (la textil). Breakfast cafe on ground floor of building. We walked to el born, the Latin quarter, segrada familia. Close to shopping, metro, aerobus stop from airport is a 5-10 walk. Grocery store a block and a half away for essentials. Highly recommend.

Apartment manager Junior was very friendly and helpful. Offered to store our bags proir to check-in time and actually got us in the apt. half an hour early. Recommend some places to eat nearby, and arranged a nice van to take us to the airport when we checked out.Thanks Junior!

We had a wonderful weekend in Barcelona and this was a great place to stay. We rented a car for our tour through Spain and the apartment has secure gated off street parking. The apartment was spacious and clean. We arrived in Barcelona prior to the official check-in time and the host was gracious and allowed an early check-in. Will definitely recommend to friends visiting Barcelona.

The check in process was a little difficult because we didn’t receive the information right away and ended up sitting outside the building for an hour, but once inside, the place was perfect for our needs. It had a comfortable master bed. Located on a Quiet street. The host provided coffee, some beverages and snacks which was appreciated after a long day of tours. Laundry facilities included a washer and dryer. There was a local market nearby to purchase fruit and snacks. Very walkable area. Easy to get taxis. We felt very safe in the building and in this area. The property manager was very accommodating when we asked for a top sheet and delivered it same day.

Great Stay in Barcelona - Location perfect

We had a great stay in Barcelona — the location was perfect and made it easy to get around the city. we arrived early and they were able to hold our bags in a very secured location. Place was clean and it was a quiet street. There is a great café just downstairs, right out the door that was perfect for breakfast and a great cup of coffee.The only small downsides were that there was no soap in the bathrooms and only a limited number of towels, with no backups available. A few extras would’ve been helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
