Stunning view and Beautiful Area!!!

Property was great, we loved our stay. Pictures made the condo look bigger than it actually was, but we were happy with our stay regardless. Host let us check out an hour later which was nice. There were boogie boards in the closet for us to use which was so nice! There were also beach towels for all six of us which was great

We loved spending time on the lanai! It’s quite possibly the most beautiful view in the world. The condo could use a few updates and repairs, but with that view we hardly noticed. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing Location

The views can't be beat. The condo was well-furnished for our needs. While it could use some updating, the views are so spectacular that you can easily overlook everything else. We loved the pool and hot tub, especially being there in winter when the surf was especially high. The Hideaway Pizza pub had excellent pizza and was nice to have so close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent kitchen and supplies, towels, layout for four guests with spearate suites, and VIEWS! Enjoyed our stay a lot!! The only offputting aspect of the property was the condition (getty old and stained) of the carpet. Update that and it could be almost perfect.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Lots of space to spread out inside, good kitchen to make breakfast, gorgeous vistas off the lanai balcony. We walked down to our private beach and swam with the turtles.....superb! Captured incredible photos off the balcony of partial and full rainbows, with amazing sea and landscape all around. Convenient grocery nearby, and all the other necessities. We loved it all, and so did our daughter and son-in-law.

Twelve Days In Paridise

The view from our unit was spectacular. Watching the Nene parade by with their chicks was an added treat. Never tired of going to sleep to the soothing sounds of the surf. The property manager was very helpful making sure we had everything we needed. A perfect twelve days in paridise.

Wonderful location. Can walk to several beaches. Nice and clean. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. My only complaint, is had a strong mildew odor. But that got better in a few days. Oceanfront properties were great too. Would definitely recommend it.

Another day in paradise

Very easy process to rent the property. Communication with Oceanfront Realtors was excellent. View was spectacular and the location was fantastic. Property was clean and freshly painted suggesting owners are in process of upgrading. Still need to replace carpeting which is in dire need replacement and really should upgrade the lanai’s furniture to match the fabulous views. Overall I would highly recommend this as a vacation destination.

Comfortable Condo - Excellent View

Everything is as advertised. We totally enjoyed ourselves. But beware the lack of AC. The afternoon sun comes in strongly. All the drapes need to be kept closed in the afternoon. Also the dryer seems to vent to the inside. Very nice they had some snorkle stuff and a boogie board for us to use.

Princeville Condo with Views

This property has stunning views and we enjoyed our time there with all the fees it was costing us over $700 a day. The carpet was very dirty and the furniture and beds were dated/older so we would ask that they paint an update carpet and furniture for that price. The cleaners have done an excellent job and the place is well equipped for cooking and we really enjoyed being there and would like to return.

NO AIR CONDITIONING!

I regret booking this place. The beds and pillows are bad. The fan upstairs is so loud. There is no A\C so you’ll be hotter than is comfortable most times. We booked it for a week and had to leave to a proper hotel just to be comfortable. Staying here basically cost me double as we paid to stay here and then had to go to a hotel. Just stay somewhere else.

We have stayed at many other units at Pali Ke Kua. The view cannot be beat. Unfortunately, the unit that we chose this year was a little disappointing. The unit is in need a remodel and a minimum, a deep clean. The kitchen was old and dated and all the cabinets were sticky with dinge. The floors were dirty and our bare feet turned brown from the floors in the first hour. The glass table tops on the three tables were streaky and gross. Overall, even with the cross breeze, the unit had an off putting smell. Half of the shower door in the master bathroom was missing. Boogie boards and beach chairs were a plus. No fans at the units, but when we called Oceanfront, they delivered two nice fans the next day.

Fantastic condo, can't beat the location or views!

The only reason this is not a five star review is because I wish VRBO would mean what it used to mean - Vacation Rental By Owner, not by property management. While Oceanfront was very nice and very communicative, they require you sign an additional contract. Even that is okay, but it is done _outside_ the VRBO system, and it took many days to be able to get this process to work because I have my email locked down to prevent spam. After that, I got spam from Adobe because I had to sign up for a free account to sign the contract, and I got spam from Oceanfront. I had to unsubscribe from both, which is easy to do but super annoying. I wish the property managers would put signs on every deck for NO SMOKING, or add that to the contract! We had smokers below us that totally ruined our outdoor experience. But the place is spectacular, the owner has done a great job with updates, and it's the best location ever. The living room furniture is not too comfy to sit on but we sat at the kitchen table with awesome views all around!
