Spacious villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in a very quiet street of Balcón al Mar in Jávea, a short distance from the beautiful pebble beaches of Portitchol, Ambolo and Granadella. Beautiful views of the Montgó. It is the ideal place for a romantic getaway.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lots of privacy, a swimming pool, a sunny terrace with pergola and BBQ. On the other side of the house there is also a covered terrace with a beautiful view of the Montgó.

Furnishing of the house:
* Spacious lounge with TV
* Dining room with wide openings to the terrace and pool area
* American kitchen, fully equipped (incl. dishwasher).
* 1 wide bedroom with panoramic views of the Montgó: double bed, desk + adjoining children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds (only for young children)
* 1 large bedroom with double bed
* 1 bathroom with bath and shower
* 1 separate toilet in the hallway.

Separate bedroom with 1 double bed or 2 single beds, bathroom + washing machine.
Carport for 1 car.

Included: wifi, reasonable consumption of water, gas and electricity.
Cot and high chair available.
Compulsory extra charge: final cleaning, sheets and bathroom towels (1 set per person).

Prachtige woning gelegen aan een doodlopende straat in een toch al rustige villawijk.

Prima vakantie gehad. Alleen was er niet in iedere kamer, waaronder de masterbedroom, een airco. En één van de slaapkamers is een aan de masterbedroom geschakelde kamer, waar je doorheen moet om in deze masterbedroom te komen. Met alleen volwassenen, zoals in ons geval, een niet ideale situatie ivm de privacy. Heerlijk zwembad, en voor het overige prima gefaciliteerd.

Bedankt voor uw feedback. Inderdaad was er airco enkel in twee slaapkamers beschikbaar, zoals duidelijk vermeld op de website, in de details van de woning. Er was daarom geen toeslag gevraagd voor het gebruik van de airco. Wat betreft de kleine kinderslaapkamer grenzend aan de grote slaapkamer, is deze enkel geschikt voor kleine kinderen, zoals duidelijk vermeld op de website (ook met foto’s). Bijgevolg is onze villa niet geschikt is voor meer dan 8 volwassenen. Het is de reden waarom ik altijd een eerste contact met de huurders wil hebben vooraleer ik een huur aanvaard, om te verifiëren dat de compositie van hun groep met de inrichting van de woning overeenstemt, zodat iedereen een toffe vakantie kan doorbrengen!

Villa spacieuse pour 8 adultes et 2 enfants .les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.

Le coin repas à l extérieur, près de la piscine est très convivial ainsi que la terrasse vue sur le Montgo et ses couchers de soleil Nous étions 10 personnes, il manquait juste un deuxième réfrigérateur et des ustensiles pour le barbecue. La chambre avec les lits superposés est chaude en été car par de fenêtre Villa située dans un quartier très calme Les figues dans le jardin sont excellentes au petit déjeuner Région très belle

Great holidays!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. This property offers a very good compromise between the calm of the nature surrounding the villa and the proximity to the Arenal with its bars, boutiques and restaurants. We had very good contacts with the owners. We love the region and we warmly recommend this rental!

What makes this property unique

Our villa is quiet, spacious, bright, with a very private swimming pool and a terrace with a really beautiful, peaceful view of the Montgo.
There are beautiful walks and breathtaking views to the sea outside, our dead-end street is very quiet and safe, and the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets are only at a few minutes by car (between 2 for the closest and 7 minutes for the Arenal centre). You can very easily walk to the Ambolo beach.
The region is very beautiful and offers many activities for a very nice vacation: hiking, biking, water sports, scuba diving, sailing, rock climbing, go-karting, paintball, cinema, shopping...
