SĂ©jour trĂšs sympathique prĂšs du lac d'Annecy. DĂ©couverte des rues commerçantes et des abords du lac. Attention tout de mĂȘme pour les familles qui cherchent un endroit calme et tranquille l'endroit est trĂšs animĂ© en journĂ©e comme le soir donc a prendre en considĂ©ration. Sinon possibilitĂ© de visiter beaucoup d'endroits aux alentours (en voiture) la Clusaz pour des randonnĂ©es par exemple.

Superbe emplacement face au lac

La vue est superbe face au lac surtout pour flĂąner le matin. Appartement spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ©, climatisation, lave vaisselle, volet roulant Ă©lectrique... Le parking privĂ© peut-ĂȘtre complet, mais la plupart du temps nous avons pu y stationner. Pas d'hĂ©sitations pour louer si on revient Ă  Annecy.

Eine schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Öffentlicher Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Strandbad liegt noch nĂ€her. Zur wunderschönen Altstadt kann man in kĂŒrzester Zeit zu Fuß gehen.

Best location! Spacious & Clean!

We really enjoyed our stay! Appartement: Great location, with a beautiful view of the lake. The apartment is quite spacious, and clean. There aren’t many objects laying around, which made it really convinient as we had our small children with us. You get to park your car behind an electric fence, in front of the entrance. The kitchen was also really well equipped (small detail, but makes a difference.) Location: Amazing! It’s right next to the lake. On the first day, we crossed the road and rented a boat. The kids loved it! You can also walk to the “old town”, which is full of amazing restaurants and shops. We also walked to the Imparial with our kids (5min walk). There is a cute playground. We also enjoyed the little train that does a small loop next to the lake. It was nice to never have to take the car for any of these activities! Hosts: Incredibly friendly! We arrived much later than we said we would, but the host was very welcoming and friendly. They showed us the apartment. Easy communication as well! Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay here. We’ll definitely come again!

L'appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ© et trĂšs fonctionnel.Nous avons Ă©tĂ© plus que satisfait de cette location et nous avons dĂ©jĂ  rĂ©servĂ© pour un prochain sĂ©jour.Il nous tarde d'y ĂȘtre !!!! Un peu de patience et nous retrouverons ce magnifique endroit.Nous recommandons vivement cette location car au delĂ  de ce que nous avons pu Ă©voquer prĂ©cĂ©demment il est Ă©galement prĂšs de toutes commoditĂ©s et proches du centre.Vivement les petits dĂ©jeuners pris sur la terrasse en admirant la vue sur le lac!!!!

BEL APPARTEMENT AVEC VUE SUR LAC ET MONTAGNES

Appartement idéalement situé avec vue sur le lac dans un bel immeuble bien entretenu et sécurisé. Grandes baies vitrées et grandes terrasses dans le séjour et les chambres. TrÚs propre et bien équipé. A 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et des commerces. TrÚs beau marché trois fois par semaine dans la vieille ville qui est magnifique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci aux propriétaires.

emplacement exceptionnel

Nous recommandons cet appartement qui a été refait entiÚrement à neuf. Nous avons appréciez la propreté mais surtout sa situation : vue imprenable sur le lac et à proximité du centre ville d'annecy. Pour les sportifs les pistes cyclabes sont également à proximité. Tout était au rendez-vous pour passer une bonne semaine. De plus les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants.
