Lovely apartment with wonderful sights only 4 minute stroll to the beach, Jávea

A lovely 120 m2 South-East facing duplex apartment, with wifi, on the top (3th floor), totally furnished with capacity for 8 people. In front of “Canal de la Fontana”, with wonderful sights to Arenal’s beach and Cap San Martín. Only four minute stroll to the beach.

A very large living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a master king bedroom, two double bedroom, two complete bathrooms and two balconies in main floor and one very large double bedroom with a complete bathroom and a balcony in the upper floor. Air conditioning in most rooms and in the living room.

Domestic facilities include fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. All crockery and linen is included.

Located in a small exclusive and quiet gated community with day janitor. There are 2 swimming pools (one for children), gardens and a very wide underground parking.

The staircase that gives access to the apartment is only shared by 6 apartments, which minimizes the contact with other neighbours.

The apartment offers a lovely living space, TV, DVD/CD player and good quality wifi. 4 minute stroll to beach with beach bars and exquisite restaurants. There are supermarkets within 2 minute walk and 5 minute walk. Local transport includes a regular bus service.

Fantastic views, close to Arenal beach and all amenities.

Large apartment ideal for a family although there was only two of us. Fantastic views of the sea and Arenal beach area which was only a five minute walk away. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

A large light airy apartment, the large sunny balcony has fantastic sea views. The apartment is very well equipped and there was everything we needed. We had a problem with the fridge / freezer and our host Jose had it replaced with a new one in super quick time. Really enjoyed our stay.

What a view!!

The view from this property is stunning both day & night! The location is fantastic. It was great for our group who are all "Older" adults as everything is easy to get to. The owner is so helpful as we needed to contact him with a couple of queries!! Would definitely book again.

Great Location Spacious Apartment

Couldn’t have a better location for the beach shops and restaurants. Hotel next door evening entertainment stopped about 11 ish. Apartment is great value and I think ideal for groups of young friends. I prefer a double bed and softer 100% cotton sheets. Also wish beach towels included to save on needing a big suitcase. I would recommend this place.

Fabulous location

Situation of apartment is perfect, with sun on the terrace all day long. As there were only 2 of us we didn't use upstairs. Eveything we needed was included in the apartment. The only negative could be the nightly entertainment at the Hotel next door which is on until midnight, but if your not early bedders you may enjoy it sitting on your own terrace, as we did. We would return.

Great apartment that fully met expectations. Spacious, clean and very quiet location. Location, which was really fantastic. With stunning views and the beach, promenade and restaurants/bars within 3-5 minutes walking distance. Contact with the owner/landlord went very smoothly. We were also regularly asked if everything was still to our liking. Internet was very important to us, because we would also work remotely here. In the four weeks we stayed here, the internet only went out once for a few minutes. We really had a great time here and would have loved to have stayed longer. Maybe next year 6-8 weeks.

Niesamowite miejsce

Pobyt w Javea'i pozostanie wspaniałym wspomnieniem. Mieszkanie: - Przestronne - było nas 5 dorosłych osób i 2 dzieci i nawet przy gorszej pogodzie nie było problemu z przyjemnym spędzaniem czasu w mieszkaniu. - Czyste - Przyjemne - już po paru dniach czuliśmy się jak w domu - Wyposażone we wszystko czego potrzeba - Niektóre materace do spania są mniej wygodne i przeznaczone nie dla wysokich (185cm. +) osób Baseny: - Woda zawsze czysta - Mało kto korzysta, więc jest bardzo prywatnie - Temperatura wody pozwoliła nam się kąpać przez większość października, pod koniec była już za zimna Teren wokół mieszkania: - Piękna zadbana zieleń Plaża: - Bardzo blisko (parę minut od mieszkania - widać ją na zdjęciach) - Czysty piasek - Woda w morzu ciepła na tyle, że przez cały nasz pobyt (październik) mogliśmy się kąpać - Place zabaw na plaży dodatkową atrakcją dla dzieci - Promenada przy plaży z barami, lodziarniami, wypożyczalniami sprzętu do jeżdzenia dla dzieci (wieloosobowe rowery, hulajnogi elektryczne itp.) Kanał: - Brak brzydkiego zapachu (przed wyjazdem obawialiśmy się, że może brzydko pachnieć ze względu na stojącą wodę) - Dzieci lubiły spacery wzdłuż kanału i oglądanie ryb widocznych w czystej wodzie Komunikacja: - Samochodem i rowerem można wszędzie dojechać bardzo szybko - Poza sezonem autobusy niestety jeżdzą rzadko i nieregularnie - Pieszo można dostać się do większych sklepów (Mercadona, Masymas) w 15 minut, mniejszego sklepu (Xe Remigio) w 4 minuty, do portu, kamienistej plaży i bardzo ładnej promenady przy niej w około 30 minut

8 herrliche Wochen in Jávea

Das Apartment ist 30 Jahre alt. Es wäre die Eine oder andere Renovation nötig, doch wenn man wie wir nicht so heikel ist, ist das Apartment OK. Die Lage, 5 Minuten zum Strand und Promenade, ist einmalig. Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Anlage sehr ruhig ist. Wir hatten auf alle Fälle eine schöne Zeit im „Girasol“.

6 Wochen "Zuhause" gefühlt in Javea

Wir hatten diese Wohnung in Javea für 6 Wochen gemietet und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Vermieter kümmert sich rührend (aus der Ferne) um das Wohl seiner Mieter; evtl. auftauchende Probleme werden vom Verwalter zügig gelöst. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allen nötigen E-Geräten, div. Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Hand-/Badetüchern, Kinderstrandspielzeug, 2 Strandstühlen, Terrassenmöbeln … Der große, windgeschützte Balkon bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick auf einen Kanal (als Yacht-Hafen genutzt), die Bucht und einen Teil des Strandes – und lädt zum Beobachten und Entspannen ein. Der Strand und diverse Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Gemeinschaftspool und die Gartenanlage werden gut gepflegt. Ein zusätzliches Plus ist der angenehm große TG-Stellplatz mit Tageslicht. (Die Garagen Ein-und Ausfahrt ist allerdings leichter mit einem „kleineren“ Fahrzeug zu nutzen.... Wir haben uns „rundum“ wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder !!
