Brand new construction, villa ideally located with a breathtaking view, combining the sea, the mountain, the almond valley, the sun, the calm and the atmosphere of the holidays, the marina, the sandy beaches .. . Idyllic site, real Spanish hacienda with large terraces allowing you to spend pleasant evenings outside, around a good glass of wine. Close to Xixona (supermarkets, restaurants), Alicante (beach, marina, restaurants, night club, casino) El Campello and San Juan beaches. Close to Alicante, Alicante airport, railway station, highways.

The villa has 4 bedrooms for 2 people with private bathrooms, 2 sofa beds for 2 people each, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large garage with 2 washing machines.

The swimming pool is private, located at the back of the villa in the intimate corner "BBQ" where you can spend all day swimming, relaxing, enjoying a good glass of local wine "Alta Marina", enjoying a delicious lunch or dinner with family or friends seated at 2 large stone tables, under an umbrella or around the "BBQ" kitchen or you prefer to have a good time around the BBQ bars. All the infrastructure is offered to you!

Amazing villa!

We had a lovely stay at this amazing villa. The view is incredible and we enjoyed the layout of the property very much. The pool was used every day by both young and old.Minor issues were resolved at once by the owner or gardener or hostess.

It was everything we hoped it would be! A stunning property in every sense! Space, location, amenities ( fabulous pool ) A short walk to Venta Teresa, a remote but well patronised, authentic Spanish tavern, where we dined on the best paella. My children and partners, grandchildren & myself have memories that will live with us for a long time. The hosts were so detailed in all dealings and helped in so many ways. Communication was great from start to finish.We wanted to visit family in Xixona so this was an ideal location for us. A car is definitely needed. The villa itself is fabulous and nearly everything has been thought of. The only thing that we found was that if it had been a hot day you could not really sit and leave the doors open to let the air through due to mosquitoes and moths. Screens of some sort may have helped. There are fans to use but no air conditioning. The view is spectacular. In the evening you may find yourselves in the clouds. The pool is perfect and refreshing. Would we stay here again? Most definitely

Concerning the lack of airco, we now it and it is on purpose, You know that in Spain, the climate can be very hot and if you look at the habits of the Spaniards, they close the windows and the persians to avoid that the heat penetrrate in the house. Also that's costly and some tenants might use ot all day and night, which is very expensive at the end !Thanks for your understanding and looking forward to have you sharing our house in the future ! Vacances au calme

La maison est très belle, bien équipée il aurait fallu la clim pour nous mettre plus à l'aise. Il y a une très belle vue entre mer et montagne.Le seul bémol c'est que c est loin de tout, il faut prendre la voiture à chaque fois. Compliqué quand nous partons avec des enfants qui viennent surtout pour la mer.

Cher locataire, Merci de cette appréciation. Quant à la climatisation, je suis désolée mais la configuration de la villa est faite de telle sorte que la climatisation n'est pas nécessaire. Oui, la villa est peut-être située à une certaine distance de centres commerciaux mais, d'une part, il n'est écrit nulle part dans le descriptif que la villa et située à portée de main de la mer. De plus, c'est une villa de standing pour une clientèle qui peut apprécier le calme. En dernier lieu, lors de la demande de réservation, il n'était nullement mentionné qu vous étiez un groupe avec 9 enfants, mais bien 2 adultes et 6 enfants ! Bonne continuation !

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en la Villa. Destacar la amabilidad de Ana María,atenta en todo momento. Una Villa muy bien equipada y limpia. Algo negativo es la falta de aire acondicionado,hemos pasado calor en las habitaciones de arriba....los ventiladores no son suficientes para pleno Julio con las altas temperaturas de España en esa época

Hola, muchas gracias por tu evaluacion ! Entiendo to queja pero, no pensamos que sea un problema con la architectura de la casa. Siempre la gente deja un poco una pequena enta del cuarto de bano abierto y la puerta del patio para tener un poco de corriente. Y pienso que en Espana, la gente cierra las persianas cuando hay demasiado calor ! Hasta ahora, ningun inquilino se ha quejado de la falta de aire condicionado. Espero que habeis pasado muy buenas y relajantes vacaciones !

No buscamos el turismo de massa con mucho ruido que busca la playa a 10 m pero clientos de calidad de un alto nivel que saben apreciar su posicion y la vista unica en el mundo ! De todo modo, en la descripcion de la villa sobre la plataforma, es claramente escrito que estamos a 15km de la playa de El Campello y no al frente del mar ! Lo ha seguramente leido y ha averiguado la posicion sobre la carta de Abritel !

Vacances reposantes et remplies de merveilles pour les yeux !

Nous voyageons toujours en famille et cette villa nous a apporté le calme, la détente, une vue imprenable mais aussi le confort des surfaces ainsi que les espaces "cocoon" tant appréciés pour parfois se réserver un coin d'intimité. La piscine était vraiment un bien-être et un confort quant à ses dimensions. Auszeit und Spaß in den Bergen

Wir sind mit einer gemischten Gruppe von 8 Freund*innen in die hohen Berge von Xixona gefahren. Das Objekt ist mindestens so gut wie auf den Bildern, wenn nicht noch besser! Der Ausblick auf Alicante und die Berge ist gigantisch und die vielen Möglichkeiten sich hinzusetzen oder Zeit zu vertreiben sind auch für eine große Gruppe sehr angenehm. Die Schlüsselübergabe und der ständige Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und dem Nachbarn Joan liefen reibungslos und freundlich ab. Den beleuchteten Grillbereich haben wir des Öfteren benutzt und das Zusammensein auf großem Raum genossen! Ein Tages- oder Strandtrip nach Alicante war innerhalb von 30 Minuten Fahrtzeit möglich. Es ist nur zu empfehlen :-)

Beau séjour sur les hauteurs de Jijona.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la villa , très propre, correspond parfaitement à la description. Une magnétique vue et je l’imagine encore plus belle pendant la floraison des amandiers . Wir waren für 12 Nächte mit zwei Familien, 4 Erwachsene & 5 Kinder, in dieser sehr schönen Villa. Das gesamte Gründstück ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Villa ist geräumig und gepflegt und bietet genug Platz. Es ist eine ruhige Oase zur Entspannung, die Kinder hatten viel zu entdecken und schöne Stunden im beheizten Pool. Die Aussicht ist einzigartig bis ins 15 km entfernte Alicante und dem dahinter liegendem Mittelmeer. Die gesamte Umgebung ist traumhaft, das Wetter war super, der Support durch den Vermieter und dem Nachbar Joan ( Kontakt vor Ort) ist vorbildlich. Vacaciones maravillosas

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas en una villa preciosa. La piscina podria estar un poquito mas caliente. Gracias por el toque del primer dia (el vino blanco y los dulces de Xixona). The perfect getaway

We have just spent a wonderful two weeks at this beautiful villa. The house has everything you might need and is immaculately clean. Xixona is only a short drive for supermarket supplies. The outdoor space is huge with stunning views. We only really used the villa to sleep in, spending our days in the pool and on the terrace, cooking and eating in the outdoor kitchen and playing games on the bacony in the evenings. When we did finally retire for the night the beds were really comfortable and the villa cool despite the high daily tempertaures. We loved watching the swifts flying from the mountain behind us and skimming the pool and also saw birds of prey soaring above. We enjoyed late night, pool lit, swims with the twinkling lights of Alicante in the background. We drove out to Alicante for a couple of meals and to El Campello to see the beach but was always keen to return to the villa. From the moment of booking the owner was reassuring and informative and the neighbour who looks after the property was friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. Thanks again for letting us share your amazing villa and we hope to be back one day soon.
