Authentic estate restored to modern standards, typical of the Périgord Noir region

In the heart of the Périgord Noir, this charming, modern and luxurious residence will allow you to spend a memorable vacation.
Very beautiful swimming pool 19m long, large green spaces, very diverse and multiple activities (canoeing on the Dordogne, medieval tourism, cycling, hiking, caves, restaurants, paintball, tree climbing, etc.).
With 5 very large bedrooms, you can accommodate up to 12 people. 2 large living rooms.

The pool is not heated but this is not a concern in this region. There are two alarms.
Located 10 minutes from Sarlat in the Dordogne.

- Deposit of 1500 euros is to be given directly on site for the delivery of keys by check for French or in cash for foreigners.

A very special place

This is a truly extraordinary property in an amazing location and we could not have been more pleased with our stay. From the beautiful traditional appearance to the sympathetic modernisation of facilities and the care and attention of Marie Sophie, we were impressed and delighted. The grounds and fabulous pool were the icing on the cake. Don’t hesitate, just do it.

Fabulous family holiday house

We have shared the most amazing week in this lovely family home. Guilhem and his wife made us so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. We dropped all our luggage a day early so the car was empty to pick up from the airport, a second camp cot and high chair were purchased when we requested two of each. The house was their pride and joy so the kitchen was extremely well equipped, gorgeous bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a converted attic perfect for older children. The gardens well maintained and the pool was wonderful with plenty of sun beds and shady areas for the babies. The whole area was interesting with loads to do including canoeing, cycling and the restaurants and shops were fun and welcoming. All three generations had a wonderful family time and we will certainly go back as whatever age you are you will enjoy the luxury of this magnificent house.

Fantastic family house

We stayed as group with family and both set of grandparents. Fantastic location, 15-20 min from Sarlat (depending on traffic), amazing bakery in castelnaud 5 min drive. Beautiful pool - loved having extra big pool. House was very well equipped with excellent kitchen and lots of living space. Only slight downside was upstairs bedrooms got very hot in heatwave despite ceiling fans. Check in and out all well organised and agency very responsive to any queries. Overall loved the house and would love to visit again.

Great space - fine location - could have been cleaner.

A lovely property in a great location - with fabulous space - somewhat let down by a lack of TLC. On arrival we found the kitchen was dirty , electrical appliances like the fridge and dishwasher were not functioning properly, 5 mugs for a property sleeping 14 is inadequate, the games room and bbq were not clean and there was a wasps nest in a vent to the swimming pool that had been reported to the agent by pool cleaners the week prior but had not been dealt with. That apart we really enjoyed staying at the property. It’s important to note - it can get very hot in summer - and at some stage may benefit from air conditioning.

A beautifully furnished, very well equipped old farm complex close to everything...

Three families stayed together, 11 in total. Brilliant pool which the kids lived in, extensive grounds where we played cricket and rounders and a professional level kitchen where one of our merry band (a chef) prepared fantastic meals which we ate outside on the terrace. The photos on the site DO NOT do this property justice, it is far nicer in real life!! Close to castles, the river, Sarlat etc but quietly tucked away it is a real gem. The owners could not have been more helpful, they obviously take great pride in their Dordogne “second home”. Their son lives in the local village so always someone on hand. We really recommend it!!

La magie d'un lieu unique!

Cette maison est bourrée de charme et on se sent chez soi dès la première minute. Le propriétaire n'y est pas pour rien: tout est fait pour que l'accueil soit parfait! La situation géographique de la maison est parfaite, en plein Périgord Noir, au milieu de villages extraordinaires. La maison est bien équipée dans tous les domaines. La cuisine est parfaite et fera le bonheur de ceux qui aiment les bonnes choses... La piscine est vraiment parfaite et l'étendue du terrain permettra à chacun d'avoir des lieux de repos au silence... On quitte cette maison avec avec une seule envie: celle de revenir au plus vite! Vive Bost Négre!!!!!

Excellemment située, à quelques pas d’un des plus beaux villages de France et de la Dordogne, cette superbe longère, est un véritable petit coin de paradis. Particulièrement bien rénovée et équipée, et entourée d’un immense terrain avec piscine, elle a largement accommodé notre famille de 8 adultes et 2 enfants. Nos hôtes se sont quant à eux montrés particulièrement accueillants , sympathiques et très attentionnés tout au long de notre séjour. Au bilan : Une semaine de détente fantastique et mémorable en Périgord Noir; à renouveler à la première occasion !

Magnifique!

Très belle propriété au calme, avec une grande maison aménagée avec beaucoup de raffinement et une superbe piscine (sécurisée) pour le bain de fin de journée, située à deux pas des plus beaux châteaux du Périgord noir. Idéal pour 2 familles avec beaucoup d'enfants, qui veulent profiter de la maison et de ses environs. Propriétaire très sympathique, 15 jours suffisent à peine pour faire le tour de toutes ses recommandations. Ces vacances furent un vrai moment de détente en famille, on devrait tous passer dans cette maison au moins une fois dans sa vie!

Très bonnes vacances

Endroit idéal pour se réunir pendant les vacances..La maison offre tout le confort des équipements modernes avec le cachet des anciennes demeures périgourdines ...Bien qu au coeur de tous les sites touristiques de la région, la maison et la piscine magnifique permettre de se détendre au calme ...Enfin l accueil chaleureux du propriétaire ne fait que renforcer la bonne impression générale...
