Beautiful hillside house with pool

Beautiful house, very well equipped, with the best pool of any house we have rented. Very helpful owner responding instantly to some minor problems But there is a good walk (1km and 150m height gain) from the nearest shops and beach. Guests either need a car (which most will have) or largely stay in the house and pool. Taxis proved difficult to find!

Beautiful Property with stunning Views

Wonderful property. Pool excellent and clean and at a good temperature. Clean, well presented and kitchen well catered for. Lots of steps in and around property. Road to property steep and narrow. It may be a 10 minute walk downhill to the beach but you would not make it back up! For our group, the property provided a wonderful experience and we were happy to drive a few minutes to the beach front, harbour and restaurants. Secure parking at property and secure grounds. Overall the property is presented as home from home, very stylish and a real pleasure to stay in.

Fabulous property in great location with fab pool area

We loved the villa and its outside space: palm trees, shade, new sun loungers, a table tennis table, lovely grounds. The terrace was great for meals - complete with electric shades to keep the sun away. The villa is lovely inside, but there are a lot of marble steps, so be careful with young children. Our kids loved Keshi, the villa cat. She is very friendly. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The road up to the villa is steep and narrow - takes some getting used to! But the roads around the villa are very quiet. We found the bedrooms uncomfortably warm at night, even though we had a fan, so we did not sleep well. The only negative of the week. There's plenty to do and see in Sete and round about. Lovely area!

Nous ne souhaitons pas climatiser la maison pour des raisons écologiques mais on peut toujours faire des courants d’air. Vous étiez à la maison durant la période caniculaire! Une vue imprenable

Une vue magnifique (tous les repas avec vue sur la mer, c’est juste du bonheur), une superbe piscine (vraiment top avec des enfants), une maison très agréable où chacun a son espace dans un quartier calme (attention toutefois aux personnes âgées ou ayant des problèmes de vue: il y a beaucoup de marches). Petit bonus pour nous: une voiture peut être garée dans le garage à l’abri du soleil! Bref, nous avons passé un super séjour en famille sur le Mont Saint Clair. Merci à Patricia et Julien pour leur maison et à Corinne pour l’accueil !

La vue de la cuisine, du salon et surtout de la terrasse où on peut manger est spectaculaire. Cette maison est une pure merveille et un havre de paix.

Séjour fabuleux sur les hauteurs du mont Saint Clair

Nous étions cinq adultes dans cette grande maison qui offre de la place pour tous. Le panorama sur la méditerranée, la piscine spacieuse, le jardin bien entretenu, le mobilier pratique et confortable, tout était parfait pour un long séjour de vacances familiales confortable, ludique et calme.

1 Week verbleven in deze mooie ruime Villa met schitterend uitzicht op zee. Zwembad was top en Sète was een boven verwachting geweldig stadje waar je goed kan vertoeven, lekker kan eten en naar uitdagende strandjes kan gaan. . Kortom: Top vakantie week gehad in Villa Belle Vue te Sète.

Maison de vacances idéale

Grande maison familiale avec tout confort. Vue imprenable. Grande piscine. De la place pour tous . Un peu sport pour aller chercher les croissants ou les petites courses à pieds...ça monte fort ....;-)

The house was good with a lovely view of the sea. The house is located in an area with more houses, neighbourhood. Within 15 min walk you are at the beach. If you prefer to stay in a quiet area / idyllique area I suggest an other place.

Entspannung pur am Mont Saint-Clair mit Meerblick

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Ferienvilla in Sète. Die Vermieter und die Betreuung vor Ort waren jederzeit zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hauses entspricht voll der Beschreibung. Ein kleiner Hinweis, die Steigungen in Séte und zum Haus sind eine kleine Herausforderung. Allerdings wird man mit einem grandiosen Ausblick belohnt! Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Belle villa chaleureuse !

Belle villa avec vue imprenable face à la mer sur le mont St clair. Nous avons apprécié son calme, son équipement, sa grande piscine, son jardin et la disponibilité du propriétaire qui habite cette maison le restant de l'année, ce qui la rend plus chaleureuse que d'autres maisons entièrement réservées à la location. Nous recommandons !

Beauté et sérénité

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine au calme malgré le plein été. La vue sur mer, la grande piscine et le jardin paysagé sont très agréables. Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis et avons pu profiter des plaisirs de Sète : musées, baignades et huîtres sur l’étang de Thau, concert face à la mer, tielles et marché... une excellente adresse !

Fantastic villa! Amazing views!

Superb house- fully equipped with everything you would need to have a wonderful holiday. The photos do not do the views justice- truly breathtaking. Excellent swimming pool and outside area for relaxing. Sete is a lovely working town with plenty of restaurants and things to do. The many beaches within 10 mins of the house were all fantastic and great for our children. Thank you so much for a memorable holiday!

A spacious house with a wonderful outlook

We had an enjoyable holiday in this spacious, well built house with its high standard of fittings and wonderful outlook over the Mediterranean. The description provided was accurate and the owners sympathetic and correct in conduct of all aspects. There was an excellent, clean pool with good beaches nearby for 2 members of our party who also enjoyed sea bathing. The weather was hot making us reluctant to leave the comfort but some family members were able to use the house as a base to visit Nimes, Pont du Gard, Narbonne, Beziers and the villages around Etang d Thau.

Vaste villa luxueuse, bien agencée et entretenue. Parfaitement équipée. Très calme. Piscine propre et agréable. Belle vue depuis la terrasse. Propriétaires attentifs et disponibles. Garage sécurisé. Seul "défaut" la voiture est nécessaire pour les courses. Nous recommandons cette location.

Un charme absolu pour des vacances reposantes.

La description de la location est très fidèle à la réalité. Tout confort Cadre très reposant et vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée. Il faut juste savoir qu'il faut un véhicule pour accéder aux commodités étant donné la situation géographique de la maison qui est située à mi-hauteur du mont Saint Clair mais nous étions si bien autour de la piscine qu'il était dur de sortir de la propriété ! À recommander sans hésitation.
