Villa S'Estudio is a villa of new construction, completed approximately in 2009 and located in the urbanization of Ciutadella Son Blanc. It has a plot of 500 m2 and 260 m2, with garden and independent pool. The villa originally intended for sale was basically used as a painting studio. As well as the environment nice and quiet most of your neighbors live there all year, vehicle traffic in the area is very small, no noise or disturbance. The situation of the house allows good sea views from its terrace.

Spacious House in a quite neighbourhood

Spacious House in a quite neighborhood We spend two weeks in this house. It is a spacious house with plenty of rooms and a big garden with a swimming pool. The house was clean. The house has aged somewhat compared to the photographs but it is still in good shape. The house as well as the kitchen was well equipped thus we did not miss a thing. Both, the garden and the pool are well kept, thus it was a pleasure to relax there in the sun/shadow and do some swimming in the pool. The house is situated in a more or less quite neighborhood. In a short walk you are at the coast where you can see beautiful sunsets. The town Ciutadella is also in walking distance. You can go there either directly or via a longer but very beautiful coast walk. Supermarkets are not really nearby thus you should do shopping by car. The communication with the host Juan was done mostly via WhatsApp. Most of the times he did answer quickly. In conclusion, we liked it there a lot and do recommend this house!

Maison grande et bien placée quasiment en front de mer. Malheureusement manque d'entretien général en ce début de saison : - exterieur pas entretenu - cuisine pas nette (hotte cassée et lave vaiselle rouillé) - éléments sanitaire piqués (miroir, lampe, ...) - pas de housse de couette Dommage car avec un bon entretien la maison serait parfaite

La maison est propre, spacieuse et bien organisée.Elle convient parfaitement pour 8 personnes. L'extérieur est agréable et la piscine grande, mais malheureusement la meteo ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter. L'emplacement géographique est parfait, le quartier tres calme. A renouveler.

Casa espaciosa, bien equipada y zona realmente tranquila, la casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones fuera de casa, no le falta nada para que los días que estés puedas sentirte como en tu propia casa… zona exterior perfecta para que los niños y adultos puedan disfrutar de una piscina de muy buenas dimensiones… a 7 min en coche puerto de Ciutdadella, y excelente ubicación para poder salir por toda la isla para conocer las calas

Superb holiday home

Pictures don’t do justice to this lovely home. Located close to Ciutadella you have everything you need for a good holiday nearby. Shops and beach are walking distance. Swimming pool in the house is great size and offers plenty of fun for children of any age as well as grown ups. House is spacious with large terrace and separate laundry room which is great to keep beach sand off other areas. Truly reccomend this home.

This house was lovely. It was well presented and any questions answered or resolved quickly. It was great for a family holiday but you will need a car as it is in a quiet area near to Cuitadella.
