Très bonne location

La maison est très propre. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous aurions juste apprécié avoir la climatisation car l'été a été chaud. Le propriétaire a été très conciliant sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ.

Schöner Urlaub in großer Wohnung

Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Größe optimal , besonders das zweite Badezimmer war für uns wichtig. Die Übernahme des Hauses hat alles super geklappt. Ausstattung: Küche gut ausgestattet. Genügend Hand- und Badetücher vorhanden. Das einzige Negative: Die Häuser sind sehr hellhörig.

La villetta è molto godibile sia come posizione che come accessori. Può essere utile l'auto per gli spostamenti, anche se il centro del paese è raggiungibile con una passeggiata di un quarto d'ora. Privacy molto ben rispettata sia da parte della proprietà che per la posizione della villetta. L'unica cosa che possiamo consigliare è una maggiore illuminazione della zona dove è posizionato il barbecue. Assolutamente da consigliare. Fabio e silverio

Meglio di così non potevamo sperare! La casa, un villino su due piani curato nei minimi dettagli e dotato di ogni tipo di confort, moderno ed accogliente, si colloca in una posizione incantevole e dominante. Grazie ad una vista mare mozzafiato, si coglie attimo dopo attimo tutto il profumo della Sardegna. L’ampia ed esclusiva resede esterna dotata di tutti i confort (barbecue, doccia, sdraio solo per citarne alcuni) è la ciliegina sulla torta di questa amabile casa di vacanza. Cenare osservando le onde del mare è davvero il massimo. In zona ben servita, con market a pochi passi. Proprietari gentili, cordiali e disponibili, ci hanno dato il benvenuto con una ricchissima e colorata composizione di frutta. Relax, confort, unicità e tranquillità le parole chiave che riassumono questa splendida location.

Très bonne location. Propre, calme

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec un très bon accueil. La maison est propre et relativement bien équipée. La terrasse est grande et permet de bien profiter de l'extérieur. La maison se situe à 10minutes à pieds du centre ville et 5 min en voiture de la plage de La Pelosa. La ville est animée tous les soirs.

Volevo consigliare a tutti questa località .

Volevo ringraziare il signor Crescenzo per avermi dato la possibilità di soggiornare presso la sua proprietà di Stintino. La villetta molto bella e funzionale ha tutti i confort che una famiglia numerosa come la mia deve avere. Inoltre presenta una vista gradevolissima dalle camere al piano superiore e uno spazio molto ampio sulla terrazza dove i miei tre bimbi hanno giocato allegramente. Si arriva comodamente al centro del paese dove si trovano supermarket per fare la spesa o ristoranti dove mangiare. Infine la spiaggia della pelosa ti rimane sempre nei ricordi. ...... Grazie. Vacanza perfetta

Villetta perfetta, nuova moderna e ben mantenuta. Vicina a tutte le spiagge più belle e, per chi non ha problemi di passeggio, in 10 minuti si arriva al porticciolo di stintino dove si possono fare bevute con una bella vista sul mare. Nessuna nota negativa da dover evidenziare, solo piccoli accorgimenti che non possono sicuramente intaccare il pieno voto a questa recensione. Per chi volesse una vacanza di pace e relax questo è un posto sicuramente da tenere in considerazione.

relax al mare fuori stagione

Cercavamo pochi giorni di relax in un posto che fosse fuori stagione, e devo dire che abbiamo trovato un posto meraviglioso. Casa accogliete, grande e con un bel giardino che ti fa godere le giornate di sole. Molto ben tenuta ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno . Una chicca veramente apprezzata è stato il barbecue esterno che ci ha permesso di cenare a base di carne arrostita. La spiaggia della pelosa è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata a piedi così come il centro città praticamente a due passi. Molto pulita e gestita con cordialità e disponibilità. Dario e Giulia.

Beautiful Sardinia

The house is clean and tidy. Virtually in the town center has an enviable view of the sea. Beautiful garden with barbecue. We spent a nice weekend walking on the Pelosa beach, and enjoying the wonders of Stintino. Highly recommended. J. & B.

Villa Fantastica e tranquilla

Ho prenotato questa villetta per pochi giorni di relax, e devo dire di aver trovato un posto meraviglioso la casa molto grande suddivisa in reparto notte con due camere molto grandi e bagno e il reparto giorno molto grande con il secondo bagno, la casa e' nuova e molto ben tenuta e offre tutto il necessario per un soggiorno . Una veranda esterna da favola dove abbiamo potuto arrostire della carne sul barbecue esterno.La villetta e' a due passi dal centro del paese dove si può trovare qualsiasi negozio necessario. A soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla famosa spiaggia della pelosa. La mattina ci siamo svegliati affacciandoci dal balcone con vista mare . Villetta molto pulita e le persone che ci hanno accolto molto cordiali e disponibili. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Gio e Alex

Lage direkt über dem Hafen von Stintino im äußersten Nordwesten. Bars, Restaurants und Supermarkt in Fußnähe. Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit großer Terrasse und Balkon mit Meerblick in einer (etwas anonymen) Ferienhaussiedlung. Unkomplizierte und seriöse Abwicklung, freundlicher Kontakt. Die nächsten größeren bzw. attraktiven Strände sind etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt, Alghero und Sassari etwa 45 Minuten.

Vacanza stupenda

Nuovissima abitazione disposta su 2 livelli. Perfetta x famiglie...1 bagno ogni piano. Bel giardino con barbecue. Posizione veramente tranquilla con vista mare. A due passi dal centro di Stintino e porticciolo turistico. A 5 min di macchina spiaggie meravigliose (non solo la Pelosa). Vacanza indimenticabile, senza tralasciare la cucina a base di pesce favolosa quasi ovunque. Consigliatissimo

Rental for two weeks

Very good rental. The house is a new one. 2 big rooms equiped with TV, a large terrace for each lunch and dinner. It lacks a dishwasher and a aspirteur. The city center of Stintino is accessible by foot in 15 minutes. The owner is flexible for the arrival and departure time. We recommend it. French Turist.
