Family house, overlooking Nice, quiet, with a splendid view of the city and the sea. Close to the city center (20 minutes on foot) and the Promenade des Anglais, this house has a lot of charm.
Access is from the road by an ascending staircase.

Tolle Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick über die ganze Stadt. Wir hatten hohe Außentemperaturen, jedoch konnten wir dank der Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss bei angenehmen Temperaturen sehr gut schlafen. Zu Fuß und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar, so dass man das Auto getrost stehen lassen kann. Der letzte Bus bis fast zum Haus fährt allerdings kurz nach 20 Uhr, so dass man bei späterer Heimkehr das letzte Stück mit einem doch recht schweißtreibenden Anstieg zu Fuß bewältigen muss. Der freundliche Vermieter hat sich mehrfach nach unserem Befinden erkundigt und uns seine Hilfe bei Fragen aller Art angeboten. Morgens und abends hat uns die sehr liebe Katze des Besitzers besucht und mit uns auf der Terrasse gechillt. Ein toller Urlaub!

Traumhafter Ausblick

Das Ferienhaus hat gehalten, was die Bilder versprochen haben. Der Blick von der Terrasse über die Stadt und den Strand ist überwältigend. Alles war super ohne Auto zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Großzügige Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick über den Dächern von Nizza

Der Blick von der Terrasse über Nizza bis zum Meer ist traumhaft, die Bilder versprechen nicht zu wenig!!! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Haus ist großzügig aufgebaut, es fehlt an absolut nichts - das mag vielleicht auch daran liegen, dass es wohl, wenn es nicht vermietet wird, selbst genutzt wird - das ist zumindest unsere Vermutung, für uns aber absolut kein Problem! Auch der Kontakt zu Pratrice war perfekt und super nett, Übergabe problemlos! War sagen DANKE und werden die Zeit nie vergessen!

Super gepflegtes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit atemberaubendem Blick über die Stadt. Wir haben die Aussicht von der Terrasse und den Schlafzimmern zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit, nett und unkompliziert - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful apartment with a beatiful view

My husband and I spent a week with my daughter and her husband in Patrice's apartment summer 2014. When we saw the house we were stunned at the unbelievable view on Nice ville and the sea, the elegance of the furnitures and ambience, the little enchanting details. The house is so much better than web site photos. The location is great, sometimes we walked downtown (40 minutes walk). patrice was very kind. Everything was perfect!! A gorgeous stay.
