You only have to cross the avenue to find yourself on the beach. Close to all shops and facing a large shopping center .. Close to doctors, pharmacies, and hospital center. The townspeople speak almost all, French and English.

Trop bien placé, grand belle vue, la clime!! A 2 pas de la plage à côté de tout les commerces et restaurants nous avons passé une semaine complètement sans voiture!!! Le propriétaire est top, à l’écoute! La dame qui détend les clés pareille! Franchement rien a dire Juste petit bémol pour la place de parking car notre voiture était trop grande pour la place mais ça arrive souvent à calpe. Tout c qui concerne l’appartement c’est nickel! N’hésitez pas et passez de bonnes vacances

Geräumige am Strand gelegene Wohnung

Die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos. Selbst eine Verschiebung um 1 Woche war kein Problem. Die Möbelierung ist nicht die modernste, aber nicht heruntergekommen. Die Küche hingegen war mit neueren Geräten (Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank) ausgestattet, was sehr angenehm war. Sogar ein Baby Reisebett (leider ohne passende Matratze) war in der Wohnung vorhanden.

O apartamento está muito bem localizado, a 1 minuto da praia. Tem boas áreas e estava limpo. O menos positivo foi a louça que estava muito suja (talvez tenham sido os hospedes anteriores), mas com uma boa lavagem tudo se resolveu.

Die Wohnung war größer als wir gedacht haben, für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung mehr wie außreichend, meine Frau und ich waren sehr dankbar darüber!! Als wir angekommen sind, sind wir sehr nett und Liebevoll von Amalia begrüßt worden, was für uns sehr schön war. Wir sind so gut wie jedes jahr (ca. 6Jahren) in Calpe oder Moraira und haben unterschiedliche Unterkünfte gehabt, so gut wie dieses Mal war es noch nie, die Wohnung entsprach genau die Anzeige!! Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfelen!! Danke an diese Stelle nochmal!!!

Très bel appartement, Très confortable et propre. Très bien situé, centre ville et à coté de la plage. Pratique grace à tous les commerces autour de la propriété. La plage très belle et propre qui se trouve juste en face de l'appartement, et les citadins sont très sympathiques. .
