The stunning Sea Caves are just a short drive with a fantastic beach bar overlooking the sea, The Coral Bay Strip is around a 10 minute drive away with top beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, the strip has an abundance of top restaurants, bars and shops. It is a stone’s throw from the Akamas Peninsula and National Park and to the East past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.

The property is completely private with gardens and private pool for the sole use of our guests.

Villa Malibu is located in beautiful St Georges area with it's quaint small harbour and sandy beach and just outside the stunning Akamas National Park.

The Akamas National Park is an area of outstanding natural beauty with one of the most popular restaurants for lunch set in an unparalleled elevated position enjoying the amazing Mediterranean vista.

Latchi is just a 30 minute drive and here you can enjoy a great fish meze in one of the many restaurants along the harbour front and take out a self-drive boat from Latchi Watersports Centre with a 15% saving using our special arrangement or join a boat tour to see the famous Blue Lagoon.

Paphos old town with its traditional market and Paphos Harbour and its famous castle are just a 30 minute drive.

Under a 10 minute drive is the main Coral Bay strip full of restaurants, bars & shops and 2 of the best beaches on the island, Coral Bay Beach & Corallia Beach, a mini amusement park with mini golf course.

The Paphos Zoo and Bird Park, the biggest fully licenced zoo in Paphos is less that a 10 minute drive and there are many fantastic wineries in the region for you to sample the local wine from home grown vineyards and see how it is made with their informative tours, the closest winery being around a 15 minute drive.

Go-karting, quad biking, horse riding, jeep safaris, diving, boat tours and golfing are just a few of the activities you can enjoy whilst staying in this gorgeous villa.

Taxis are very reasonable in Cyprus and we leave a fridge magnet in the villa with contact details of a taxi company that knows the location of all our villas. Car hire is also very reasonable. There is a comprehensive bus service around Paphos and fares start from Euro 1.50 for a single journey, you can also buy daily and weekly passes.
