Had a lovely time. Close to the beach, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Close bars and restaurants near by in the shopping complex at the top of the hill. Close to playa des ingles only a short taxi ride away. Would definitely stay again.

Great good value apartment

Great location. Good link up with very helpful owner. Well equipped. Could have done with beds made up with duvets rather just a blanket. Plenty of spare bedding. Sun blind difficult to operate.

Great 2 bed apartment with shared pool near the beach

Inside: A lovely, clean, modern furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living area and kitchen with all the facilities you need, in a block of about 20 apartments. Outside: the balcony overlooks the pool and has a sea view. Its a nice place to sit out and relax, as is the pool, which has plenty of beds and was fairly quiet during our stay (bear in mind we went in January) The area - the beach is about 3 minutes walk away, and there are a couple of restaurants along the beach. For shopping, the San Agustin shopping centre is 7-8 minutes walk, and has supermarkets, bars, gym, restaurants and crazy golf. Further away, you can walk to Playa del Ingles in about 35 minutes or taxis for about 8 Euros. The owners were very helpful and welcoming, and I would recommend this apartment to families for a nice relaxing holiday.

The perfect get-away for a family with young children in a chilled, friendly and pretty location

We were greeted as promised by the owner's friendly family and made to feel immediately at home. There were fresh provisions on arrival which were very welcome as we arrived late at night with our two year old in tow. It was immediately obvious this was going to be a great place to stay, the apartment being modern, accessible and very well and thoughtfully equipped. There was nothing lacking. The air conditioning was a great addition as we had mid- thirties degrees sunshine throughout. The balcony is spacious and provided both a sunbathing opportunity in the day while the baby napped indoors and a lovely place to retreat in the evening. All guests/residents made us welcome at the pool. The nearby sandy beach (a minute's walk) is wonderful with a lovely promenade and excellent family friendly and fun restaurants nearby. It all felt very safe. Much quieter than nearby Maspalomas, although we spent a lovely day there (ten minutes by car) walking the resplendent sand dunes along to the beach to catch the surf waves. There is a well equipped children's playground within a stone's throw of the apartment. Particularly recommend the Restaurant El Capitàn on Calle de las Acacias in San Agustin, great soft play area and ice creams for the kids, and a fun place for the adults to hang out. All in all, highly recommended.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Besonders der Staubsauger war sehr praktisch. Meerblick vom Balkon. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Wohnung hat eine angenehme Größe und die Einteilung ist gut. Leider ist in der Wohnung vieles defekt und alle Schränke sind vollgestopft mit Dingen die man nicht braucht. Die Parksituation ist schwierig und als lärmempfindlicher Mensch hat man durch die Lokale auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite einiges auszuhalten.

Ein tolles Apartment

Wir haben super 5 Wochen hier gewohnt. Iraida und Francesco waren tolle Vermieter. Sie haben uns am Ankunftstag mit einer Flasche Wein empfangen und uns alles zur Nutzung der Wohnung erklärt. Die Wohnung war super sauber, nichts fehlte und wir haben uns von der ersaten Stunde wohl gefühlt. Wir kennen San Agustin schon von früher und hatten von der ersten Stunde an Urlaub. Det perfekta boendet.

Vi bodde 2 personer i den perfekta lägenhet i tre veckor mellan den 14/12-2019 och 4/1-2020. Helt perfekt läge med skön balkong med härlig sol från morgon till kväll. Nära till stranden och nära till SAN Agustin shopping center. Det vi saknade var två lite mer av typen solstolarstolar på balkongen. Städningen av lägenheten när vi kom kunde också varit bättre. Kontakten med värden var toppen, och dom var mycket vänliga. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende och det är Helt klart möjligt att vi själva också kommer tillbaka någon gång. Schöne, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung, gut ausgestattet mit guter WLAN-Ausstattung. Der gesamte Hauskomklex ist abgeschlossen und so nur mit Schlüssel zugänglich, ebenso auch der gepflegte Pool mit einem Dutzend Liegen. In 2 Gehminuten erreicht man den Sandstrand. Sehr schönes und ruhiges Apartment

Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Apartment. Trotzdem sehr zentral - Strand, Einkaufszentrum, Bushaltestelle und Taxistand in 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr schöner Balkon mit Meerblick und gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und geht auch auf kleine Extrawünsche ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, klare Weiterempfehlung!

Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung, so wie man es sich wünscht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die 3 Wochen genossen. Es ist eine Wohnung mit einem herrlichen Balkon, schönem Ausblick, einfach zum Wohlfühlen und Relaxen und sie ist komplett ausgestattet, so dass nichts vermisst wird. Die Wohnanlage mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist optimal und ruhig, zum Einkaufen, zum Strand, zur Düne und zu den Bushaltestellen, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Francisco und seine Frau haben uns sehr nett empfangen und die Schlüssel übergeben. Wir sagen herzlichen Dank und kommen gerne wieder und beste Grüße Holger
