Fabulous luxury villa, renovated based on exclusive design by architect Stefano Zaghini from the renovation of an ancient water mill, surrounded by a mostly fenced-in two-hectare land. On the first floor: spectacular entrance hall with glass ceiling, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a double sofa bed, the other with a double bed large living room with flat screen TV (satellite) and large, fully appointed kitchen, outdoor patio with garden furnishing. On the ground floor: spa room with Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. Three bathrooms. Infinity pool, active from April to October (heated on request, rate €25/day). Covered parking under a shed for two cars with electric car charging (payment on demand). Refined understated luxury finishes. Dogs welcome.

Estrema attenzione ai particolari, gentilezza nell’accoglierci da parte di Gerardo, panorama meraviglioso, tranquillità e quiete impareggiabili. Posto perfetto per ricaricare le pile e l’anima. Ho fatto una meravigliosa ripresa con drone dato che sono anche pilota apr. Peccato i 2 giorni di pioggia ma compensati dalla calda e accogliente abitazione che ti incoraggiava a viverla completamente. Il suono del torrente a pochi metri dalla villa era corroborante. Grazie di tutto Giuliano e a presto. Alessandro e Daniela

Fantastisch! enkel superlatieven !

Zowel de woning als de service van de verhuurder is uitzonderlijk goed. De ligging is super : op een heel ruim terrein, met zicht over de velden, heel rustig, geen buren, ... in de mooie omgeving van San Venanzo waar je in buiten het seizoen heel mooie wandelingen in de omliggende bossen of over de velden kan maken. In het huis is alle luxe en comfort aanwezig. Ook de buitenterrassen zijn modern gemeubileerd en heel sfeervol. Ook de verhuurder is heel attent en steeds bereikbaar bij elke vraag en helpt ook daadwerkelijk bij elk aspect. Alles TOP !

Alle luxe gecombineerd met sfeervolle inrichting, in prachtig natuurlijk kader

Deze woning is "ottimo" op alle vlakken : qua comfort, qua ligging, qua rust, qua inrichting, ... De ligging : schitterende groene omgeving, waar quasi geen verkeer, quasi geen inkijk op de terrassen of aan het zwembad. ideaal om Perugia, Assisi, Todi, ... te bezoeken. Het zwembad : heerlijke lengte om te zwemmen, en vooral het voetmassagebad ernaast was een zeer aangename ontdekking. De woning : de gekozen kleuren en de smaakvolle inrichting is rustgevend, alle comfort en luxe is aanwezig en nog helemaal nieuw (de woning is pas af sinds juni 2016). De terrassen (een met zithoek en een ander met eettafel naar het westen gericht) zijn perfect. De wellness ruimte is TOP! Werkelijk super op alle vlakken.

Pareltje in Umbrië

Wij hebben genoten van deze fantastische villa in hartje Umbrië, die bovendien een prima uitvalsbasis vormt voor uitstapjes in de mooie omgeving. De eigenaar heeft deze villa recentelijk geheel herbouwd (voorheen een molen). Alles is tot in de kleinste details afgewerkt. Daarnaast is er een eigen wellness-ruimte in het huis met onder meer een heerlijke SPA en buiten een mooi zwembad. Het kleine dorpje is op loopafstand en heeft een heel gezellig restaurant. De eigenaar is zeer goed in de weer om het de gasten naar de zin te maken en is te allen tijde beschikbaar. Al met al een hele mooie vakantiewoning waar je in alle rust en luxe kunt genieten van het vele moois dat Umbrië te bieden heeft.

TRES BIEN

Accueil : nous avons été très très bien accueillis, les hôtes nous ont bien expliqué la route pour accéder à la location, ce sont des personnes très gentilles. La Maison : c'est une maison magnifique très agréable, la piscine, l'espace détente, le jardin, nous n'avons eu que d'agréables surprises. La région est riche de sites à visiter, les villes alentour étant plus belles les unes que les autres, ayant conservé au mieux leurs centres historiques. il y en a pour tous les goûts (gastronomie, urbanisme, architecture, histoire antique et contemporaine, art religieux pour les amateurs et lieux de recueillement de renommée internationale à proximité) balades etc.... La propriété étant à la campagne il faut compter avec quelques insectes qui peuvent impressionner les enfants, et des rencontres surprenantes dans la piscine le matin comme des crabes d'eau douce. Nous aimerions bien y retourner.
