LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE ISLAND AND JUST 30 MIN FROM THE CENTER OF PALMA AND THE SAME TIME TO ARRIVE TO THE MOST BEAUTIFUL COASTS OF THE ISLAND "CALAS DE MALLORCA, SA COMA, CALA SANTANYI, ESTRENC ETC".
THE HOUSE IS IN A SMALL TOWN NEAR BARS ZONE, supermarkets, medical center. YOU CAN ENJOY HORSEBACK RIDING IN GLOBE AND VISIT THE BEAUTIFUL HERMITA OF BONANY. THE HOUSE HAS TWO FLOORS AND IS DISTRIBUTED IN GROUND FLOOR, ROOM with music, INTERNATIONAL TV, wiffi FREE, SAFE, BATHROOM AND OF UNHERMOSO GARDEN WITH BARBECUE AND WOOD OVEN WHERE or relax, sunbathe, ALSO FIND CHILDREN'S GAMES ETC.
The upper floor consists of a large room with TV, bathroom and two bedrooms (one double and one with bunk BOTH WITH AIR CONDITIONING)

Fantastic - 5 Stars all the way

Amazing house right in the middle of the village. Very easy to reach the motorway too when needed. Small supermarket in the village with all the essentials, but larger ones about 5 minutes away by car. House itself was perfect for us, everything worked and was very well stocked! Had a couple of BBQs and just really enjoyed the house and our time in Mallorca overall.

So many good things to say about this property! This charming old house has been renovated perfectly. It had the perfect blend of old and new. The back yard is a wonderful place to kick back and relax in your choice of space; dining area, two different couch areas, loungers by the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you will need to make a proper meal. A/C was great in all rooms! Beds, showers, etc were all great! Parking is always available, and free, right in front of the house. The location of this property is also a highlight. Nothing on the island is more than an hour away. Palma and many beaches are within 20-30 minutes drive. The town of Villafranca is, in my opinion, perfect. It has everything you need a well stocked supermarket, a couple bars and restaurants, a yummy bakery, pharmacy, tobacco shop, and a few shops. All of these are a 2-5 minute easy walk from the house. Bonus this is a real local village, we only ran into one other set of tourists. Loved being able to get away from all the travelers on the island and experience local life. The hosts were very responsive and even treated us with some local treats upon arrival! Recommend this place 100% and will come back next time I’m in Mallorca!

Finca zum Wohlfühlen

Gemütliche, sehr schöne u. ursprüngliche Finca mit viel Charme u. bezaubernder Außengestaltung, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben! Die liebevoll gestalteten Schlafzimmer, der kleine aber tolle Pool und der sehr schöne Gartenbereich ermöglichten es uns (5 bis 6 Personen) einen entspannten, erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen! Super sauber, perfekt ausgestattet und mit bequemen Betten. Praktische Lage, um die Insel in alle Richtungen zu erkunden, befindet sich das Haus in einem ruhigen Dörfchen mit Restaurant, Supermarkt, Café, kleinem Marktplatz und leckerer Bäckerei. Die Vermieter sind rund um die Uhr erreichbar und unglaublich hilfsbereit und nett! Bei allen Fragen od. Problemen war sofort Hilfe zur Stelle! Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Unterbringung - wir haben unseren Urlaub wirklich genossen!

Charming Mallorcan property

If your looking for a holiday in a charming Mallorcan property then this is the one. The house is spacious on both the inside and outside and are all tastefully furnished. Inside you are well provided for with a choice of living areas and bedrooms. Outside there are relaxing shaded areas and dining facilities. The house is one of the best equipped we’ve stayed in. Marc was most helpful throughout the whole process. We really enjoyed our time in his home. Peter.

Sehr schönes Haus!

Ein wunderschönes, gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Super nette Vermieter,ruhige Lage und eine sehr schöne Gegend. Wir haben uns sehr erholt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht.

Super für Familien

Wir waren 25 Tage zu Gast in der Casa Padrina und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Zur Begrüßung erwartete uns uns ein reichlich gedeckter Tisch mit Wurst, Käse, selbstgemachter spanischer Tortilla und Zitronenkuchen. Alles super lecker!!! Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (1+4 Jahre). Für eine Woche kamen auch noch Oma und Opa hinzu. Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet mit 3 Schlafzimmern (oben mit Klimaanlage), 2 Wohnzimmern (mit deutschem TV Programm), Wohnküche und 2 Bädern genug Platz für alle. Ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl wurden auch bereitgestellt. Das Highlight war unserer Meinung nach der Innenhof mit großem Esstisch, Grillecke, Pool und diversen Liegen, sodass man, sofern das Wetter mitspielt, die ganze Zeit draußen verbringen kann. Unsere Tochter hatte auch großen Spaß Wasser aus den beiden Brunnen zu holen. Einen kleinen Zitronenbaum im Hof haben wir genutzt um Zitronenlimonade zu machen. Die Küche ist reichlich ausgestattet, von der Saftpresse, über einen Pürierstab bis zur Tupperdose ist alles vorhanden und wir haben nichts entdeckt, was gefehlt hätte. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die offene Treppe, die für kleinere Kinder doch ein wenig gefährlich ist. In Vilafranca selbst gibt es mehrere kleine Supermärkte, eine Dorfbäckerei und einen überraschend großen Spielplatz. Ansonsten hat der Ort nicht viel zu bieten, ist aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf die ganze Insel mit dem Mietwagen. Nochmal besten Dank an Marc und Joana für die schöne Zeit!

The pictures and description do not do it justice, it was amazing.

The property is truly lovely, the pictures do not manage to show the space, it's huge. We were made to feel so welcome, with an amazing lunch prepared and the most divine lemon homemade cheesecake ever. The property has everything you could wish for, and many things got wouldn't even think up (indoor well that provides nonstop cold drinking water? Tick!). I will definitely return to this home, in this charming village. We were lucky to be there on elite race day so were also treated to a midnight live music session and a chance to enjoy ourselves with the locals. I will never forget the holiday and how welcome we were made to feel.

Very nice and cozy house

We enjoyed our vacation in Ca Sa Padrina very much, the house is so nice an cozy and there are many places inside and outside to spend time. The kids enjoyed the little pool very much. The kitchen has so many plates, cups, glasses, pans, pots, (sharp) knifes and whatever else you need - simply outstanding. I have to mention that we were only 2 adults and 2 kids, but the house is easily big enough for 6 persons. The owner was also very nice and helpful, when we had a small problem with the warm water he fixed it immediately. Thx alot, Joana and Marc :-)

Wunderschönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus-super Hosts

Wir wurden von Joana sehr herzlich empfangen, sie hatte für uns gekocht und den Kühlschrank mit Wurst,Käse,Obst,Tomaten,Wein,Bier,Wasser,Cola gefüllt, es gab Brot und Chips und Kuchen. Der Tisch war schon gedeckt. Das war wirklich toll. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll dekoriert und mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestattet. Klimaanlage, Fan, in drei Zimmern TV usw. Wir hatten vorher schon einige andere Ferienhäuser gemietet. Im Vegleich gehört dieses ganz sicher zu den besseren in dieser Preisklasse. Leider ist Vilafranca ein eher langweiliger Ort und die umliegende Landschaft ebenfalls. Daher gibt es einen Punkt Abzug für die Lage. Trotzdem: wir können das Haus unbedingt empfehlen! We love that you liked our house and all had a nice holiday , that is our main objective because it takes a lot of work to get it. On the other hand it is true that perhaps you missing Villafranca things to improve but has other things typical of a village of farmers, you can enjoy its weekly market , buy fresh produce directly, make balloon tour , riding, cycling around the area discovering beautiful almond and if you need something more special than not located in the village has Manacor 5 min . . It is ideal for people like you who have sought a different sun and beach tourism although you have a 10 min drive . Fantástica y muy acogedora casa

Hemos disfrutado de unos días maravillosos en esta encantadora y acogedora casa, muy bonita y perfectamente equipada. Las fotos publicadas son un fiel reflejo de la realidad, destacando la Limpieza y comodidad de todas las estancias. Muy bien situada y equipada, no nos faltó de nada. Dispone de un amplio y precioso patio también muy acogedor, en el que disfrutamos mucho de la piscina. Los propietarios Joana y Paco son encantadores, muy amables y atentos en todo momento. Nos recibieron excepcionalmente, dejándonos preparado un completísimo desayuno mallorquín con el que no se pueden empezar mejor unas vacaciones!! Sin duda recomendaríamos CA SA PADRINA para pasar unas inmejorables vacaciones en esta maravillosa isla. Joana, Paco y Marc, gracias por TODO y por la oportunidad de haberos conocido, sois geniales!!

Llegaron a media noche,cansados y con sueño eran Fernando, Mercedes y su hija Marina de 17 años. Esto no fue un impedimento para que se pasearan por toda la casa, los porches, jardin etc querían verlo todo. La casa les gusto mucho y me lo demostraron desde el primer momento. Eran una familia muy bien avenida y lo que má nos impresionó a Paco y a mí fue su hija Marina que a pesar del sueño no perdía detalle de todas las cosas. El día de salida dejaron la casa muy limpia y ordenada, simplemente parecía que no hubieran estado allí. Sois una familia envidiable, en nuestra casa siempre tendréis un sitio un abrazo muy fuerte y hasta siempre. Paco Marc Y Joana.
