We have taken note of each of the points you mentioned: • We regret that the sofa was not to your liking. It is a brand new sofa, purchased only four months ago. Regarding the condition of the exterior paint, we were simply waiting for your departure, as due to a lack of availability, we had not been able to carry out the annual general maintenance to address minor wear and tear caused by weather conditions (rain, strong winds, and humidity). We are already working on this to continue meeting the high standards of quality that our guests deserve. • Services (Pool and Safe): We apologize for the behavior of the pool attendant; this does not reflect our values ​​of hospitality, and we will take the necessary internal measures. Regarding the safe, on the day of your arrival you were informed that another one would be purchased, as the previous guest had damaged the one. We fulfilled your request as quickly as possible, and it has been properly mounted on the wall. Regarding the air conditioning, we are clear in our advertising: it is an extra charge that must be paid separately. We regret your dissatisfaction from the moment you made the reservation; this is our accommodation policy, and the information is clearly stated in the listing. We are pleased to know that our cleaning staff met your expectations.
