Location was great!

The location was excellent, the kitchen was set up for us to make some very good dinners, and being able to sit with the windows open during the day was nice as we relaxed between walks. The beds were a little on the extra firm side. Overall the stay was wonderful and the apartment had many more positives.

The location was perfect, just far enough away from the main tourist areas to be quiet, but close enough that we could walk to everything within 15-20 minutes. Host was communicative and helpful. Air conditioning and plumbing worked great!

Great spot

This is an older well cared for building with an updated well equipped kitchen in an excellent quiet location. It is centrally located with great access to everything you might want or need. Check in was thorough and helpful. The beds are comfortable. Like most places in Venice it has limited direct sunlight, but most windows opened onto a small plaza.

Great spot especially with a group of 3 couples

1st visit to Italy and Sarah the host was amazing to deal with. She spent almost an hour with us drawing on a map of where to go and where to stay away from tourist traps. Great location. Steps away from Rialto and the market, minutes from the other hot spots. Would definitely recommend. Apartment was huge with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms

Outstanding check-in experience

Not only was the apartment beautiful, clean and elegant, Alessia provided the best guest experience possible. She met us at the dock. At the apartment, she went over every detail, even providing a map with locations for best places to eat, interesting things to see, and more. She even helped us out immensely when we missed our first ferry stop and had to turn around. A great stay. Highly recommend.

Excellent, Quiet Location

We loved this apartment in Venice. It was spacious, with air conditioning on a quiet square within an easy walk of the Rialto Bridge and then a straight walk to St. Mark's. It is also close to water bus stop and several lovely cafes. Highly recommend renting this lovely abode when in Venice.

Lovely apartment

Contact with the agency before travelling was excellent. Responses to any queries were answered quickly. We were met and taken to the apartment. If you want modern, then this is probably not for you, but we really liked it. 3 large bedrooms, very comfortable beds with good bedlinen. A really good sized, well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. Supermarket 3 minutes away, vaporetto stop the same. Air con in every room worked well. We all had a great stay and were sorry to leave.

L appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier calme, avec à proximité un petit resto très bon et pas cher. Rien à dire sur la propreté, l accueil. Points à améliorer : très bruyant dans la chambre près de la sdb, à cause de la ventilation permanente, et literie un peu dure. Merci !

Excellent stay in Venice

Wonderful location close to the Rialto bridge in Venice. We were allowed to check in early and met near the property and taken there by Francesco who showed us the features of the apartment, recommended local attractions and was very helpful. Our only regret is that we were unable to stay longer! One thing to note is that the apartment is spacious with a lovely common area and well furnished kitchen (so nice since it is only blocks from a great local market and first-class fish market) but there is only one shower to accommodate three bedrooms. There is a second bathroom with a tub, however, which is nice for families with kids. Overall a great experience and Ilaria was great with communication through email. We look forward to visiting again for a longer stay!

Quiet property, steps from shopping, eateries and vaporetto

The agent met us at San Silvestro vaporetta stop (take line 2 from the bus station or from the rail station) and it is an easy walk to the apartment. There is a flight of stairs with no elevator. It is an older apartment that has been well maintained. There is a large selection of coat hangers, useful for hanging laundry on the line outside the bedroom windows. There are no clothes pegs/pins that I could find but I always bring my own. There is also a rack for hanging washing inside. It is situated in a small piazza with hardly any passing foot traffic so very quiet. There are many eateries, a bakery round the corner, a small COOP supermarket a couple of blocks away. A 'main drag' with various shops is also just round the corner. Rialto Bridge a few minutes walk away. The A/C in each room works very well even after a long day out. (The electric kettle was not working.) There are heavy drapes and shutters so apartment is a bit dark but it keeps it cooler and these can easily be opened. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to use this as a base in Venice again.

6 adults stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. This apartment is centrally located and is easy to get around Venice. We were met at the water bus stop and shown where to go by our host. The AC were great throughout. We would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous, authentic Italian apartment

The location was perfect and the apartment was great. We really loved the way it was decorated. The contact that met us was very nice and took time to show us all that we needed to know. The air-conditioning worked well and so did the washer. We didn't do any cooking, so I can't comment on the kitchen. The only negative I have is that the 3 beds are very hard and there aren't enough pillows. We toured Italy for 10 days and stayed in three different apartments and this was by far our favorite!

Nice location in a quiet area. Close to Rialto, restaurants and shopping. AC was great!

Fit 6 of us comfortably. The AC worked perfectly. Large kitchen. Beds and pillows were very firm... one bathroom has a shower with good water pressure. The other has a bathtub, but the water comes out as a trickle. Nice, quiet location, just a few minutes to the hustle and bustle of the canal.
