Lovely apartment! We had a great stay and the view was fantastic. Ideal location to walk into Whitby or catch a bus to Staithes. The dogs enjoyed it too!!
We had a wonderful stay in Peacehaven, with absolutely stunning views of the sea that made it feel very special. The flat was both comfortable and luxurious, with thoughtful touches throughout. I especially loved the bath in the bedroom, made for a luxurious and relaxing experience. When we had an issue with the electrics, Davina responded very quickly and had everything sorted during our stay, which we really appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and very much look forward to staying again.
What an incredible place to stay! Everything was comfortable and convenient in the apartment, with lovely decor and view to die for!Even a welcome bottle of Prosecco - and book of instructions and recommended places to visit.Really could not have been better!
Absolutely amazing! My mama and nanna spent five days here and quickly renamed it “Peace Heaven.” The views are truly stunning — perfect for seal watching and soaking in the beauty of the sea. While the apartment has a lovely patio, they preferred sitting out front with a warm cuppa, admiring the incredible scenery. They’re already thinking about their next visit — it really was that special.
Stunning location with the appartment having stunningly beautiful views..well equipped with beautiful decor..1st class..
Everything about the stay has been one of our best stays..
Totally relaxing soaking them views in..just what we needed
We will be back ..indefinitely 😊
A lovely property with all mod cons.
It was real cozy winter haven. We could walk accross the road to the beach or just stay in and watch the tide go in and out. It was perfect.
Beautiful village location , the sea views are stunning , the attention for detail in very room is very luxurious the bedding is very high quality ,my partner struggles to sleep but at the apartment he could not believe how comfortable he slept . Beautiful beaches and the front balcony was ideal. Would recommend this property very much and will book again next year
The apartment was well equipped and furnished very comfortably with accessories emphasising the nautical location . The lovely sailing ship on display in the lounge window was obviously admired by passers by to the extent that on one day somebody knocked on the door and asked to come in and view it!We enjoyed our stay in this spot and also enjoyed exploring the nearby coastal region especially Runwick Bay which we enjoyed.Staithes also was worth a visit but beware of a steep scramble back up the hill if you are not in the first flush of youth. We just about made it!All in all we enjoyed our stay in this part of Yorkshire and hope to return one day.
The apartment is situated , facing the sea , with incredible views from the two comfy chairs , looking out to sea . The apartment is equipped with everything you need , plenty of cups , glasses etc, a Smeg fridge , kettle and oven and hob , dishwasher , washing machine , coffee maker , and Smeg kettle . The bedrooms , are stunning , one double bedroom , and a large single room . The bedding , is so luxurious, beautiful, down quilts , so good , whilst we were there , we ordered one from Amazon , for when we returned home . There is a fantastic shower room , with underfloor heating . We had our Springer spaniel with us , who loved watching the world go by at the front window . Parking , is right outside of the property on the main road . We needed to get away for a few days , for some chill time , as my Father , had recently passed away , and it was certainly a tonic for us both ! To summarise , a stunning property, in an idyllic position , the local property manager , Davina , was so helpful when we had an issue trying to watch the television , which also has a DVD player , and Bose soundbar , this was quickly and efficiently, rectified
We can thoroughly, recommend a stay , atvthis incredible apartment!
The location was everything we enjoy about going to the sea. Able to watch the waves from the lovely front windows or sit outside on the balcony.
A short walk to little shop, fish cottage grilled cod was delicious, 3 little cafes in walking distance and little pub with open fire also short walk.
A great little compact apartment had all we needed for a little getaway
We loved staying here. The views are unbelievable & we absolutely LOVED watching the sun rise & set each day. We felt like it was a perfect distance from the hustle of Whitby & still had great access to the beach. While at the property, we spent most of our time relaxing in the comfy chairs while watching the sea. My husband especially enjoyed the nice touch of the binoculars. He enjoyed watching for animals and ships.
Our only complaint was that for a smaller property such as this, there was a LOT of fragile stuff. We felt like we had to hold our bags super close to us & walk through carefully so to not knock anything over. Don’t get me wrong- it was all super classy & beautiful. But we would’ve felt more at home if there was less decor.
A once beautiful apartment is looking a little tired now but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. The apartment was was well equipped and the prosecco on arrival was a nice touch. Information pack was useful, especially for walks and local eateries. There was a yard at the back of the property but it was covered in bird faeces, especially around the doorway so we couldn’t use it. Not quite the level of ‘luxury’ we were expecting but any negatives were more than compensated for by the location and views from the property which are just stunning.
