Nous avons loué la villa en famille pendant 1 semaine. La villa a un gros potentiel, de nombreuses chambres, piscine/jaccuzzi et localisation idéale proche de la plage. Terrasse agréable et pièce principale grande et lumineuse. Le gestionnaire est très sympathique.Nous avons cependant été très déçus par la propreté et l'état vieillissant de la villa qui a impacté notre séjour : draps tâchés, lave vaisselle / micro onde avec des résidus de nourriture, saleté générale dans les pièces, toilettes sales, table du salon collante sur toute la surface...Les odeurs d'égouts dans les salles de bain étaient irrespirables. Nous avons dû condamner les pièces et prendre nos douches en maillots dans la salle de sport pendant la semaine. Fourmis dans la chambre enfants et fenêtres cassées qui menacent de tomber sur les lits enfants très dangereuses. Certaines TV / clims HS. WIFI non fonctionnelle sur les appartements du bas, rendant tout travail à distance compliqué. Ces retours ont été faits au propriétaire qui menace de nous faire payer... alors qu'aucun état des lieux n'est fait entre deux locations, c'est arrangeant.Nous ne recommandons pas et ne reviendrons pas. Nous gardons uniquement les souvenirs en famille qui sont les plus précieux!

Ras, pas eu trop beau temps mais c'est pas de la faute de la maison. quelques Chambres un peu petite pour posé la valise, mais pièce à vivre sympa. Les vélos ont servi, pas la piscine, ni le jacussi à cause du temps. Globalement plutôt satisfaisant.

Excellent séjour automnal à la villa Pharos

Excellent séjour à Sète. Toutes les conditions étaient réunies : maison suffisamment grande pour notre groupe, bien équipée, en particulier la cuisine et en linge de maison, quatre voitures pouvaient y être garées . Par ailleurs nous avons été très bien accueillis. Et la cerise sur le gâteau un temps magnifique toute la semaine !

Lage und Haus

Ist eine sehr gute Lage, sehr nah zu Strand. Wir waren zur dritt😉 eine Familie mit Hund😉. Das Haus ist groß aber nicht genug gepflegt. Nach unsere Meinung ist das Haus für große Veranstaltungen für 18 jährige eine sehr gute Lage oder für Familien mit Kindern ist auch gut vorstellbar.

Maison très agréable!

La maison est très pratique pour un séjour avec des enfants car il y a plusieurs zones complètement indépendantes. La grande pièce à vivre avec sa terrasse est idéale pour se retrouver tous ensemble, elle est très agréable et peut accueillir l’intégralité des occupants. Les piscine/jacuzzi/sauna sont un vrai plus! Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour.

M KLEER, Nous savions malheureusement par avance qu’une mauvaise notation nous serait attribuée. En effet, le jour de votre départ, la majeure partie des vacanciers étaient parti avant l’arrivée du personnel d’entretien de la villa et il à été constaté que certains objets de la villa avaient disparu dont une télé et un amplificateur wifi. Comme vous avez pu le constater une équipe de 4 personnes nettoie, désinfecte et entretien la villa de 10h à 16h entre chaque client. Vous n’avez rien signalé lors de la visite à votre entrée, au responsable de l’entretien. En ce qui concerne l’état des meubles celui-ci est renouvelé environ tous les 3 ans . Nous prenons uniquement note de chaque remarque de nos clients qui sont fondées, et nous permettent de nous améliorer.

Das Haus liegt 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt in toller Lage und ist im Wohnbereich sehr geräumig und für große Gruppen (wir waren 4 Familien) gut geeignet. Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind wohl temperiert. Wir waren am Ende der Saison dort. Uns wurde berichtet, dass einige Möbelstücke und der Whirlpool nun ausgetauscht werden.

A ONCE luxury Villa - We had a wonderful holiday in Sete, the city is beautiful, super beach.

The villas accommodation configuration is good for a group:-On the ground floor there are 2 two bedroom apartments, with kitchenettes (hobs, cookers, fridges, one 2 bedroom apartment has as dishwasher, the other has gap where the dishwasher used to be (this is not a good look), dining/lounge areas, the toilet is downstairs & shower room & two bedrooms upstairs (one twin & one double), on the small side with limited storage. There is also a studio apartment with double bed on mezzanine level, a captain bed on the ground floor with settee under, toilet & shower room on ground floor, along with the kitchenette/dining area (equipped as 2 bed apartments, again with the dishwasher missing). Each apartment on the ground floor has a private decked area at rear with dining table & chairs. Also on the ground floor is the Gym & Jacuzzi. In the garage are two 15kg washing machines & a drier. Plus 18 bikes, although most of the bikes look quite new they have not been maintained, luckily we took bike repair kits with us & made up 6 usable bikes. On the first floor are three double bedrooms, the master bedroom with shower area & separate toilet, it is the only room with good storage, the other bedrooms are a little on the small side. Each of the other two bedrooms has a shower area in the room & share a separate toilet. Open plan kitchen, dining & lounge area. On the veranda, there is a large dining table, settees, pool, electric griddle (like they have in a kebab shop), rather than a BBQ. The whole villa would comfortably sleep 17 plus the baby’s cot. Unfortunately we cannot give this villa 5 stars as the lack of competent maintenance and investment has left this once luxury villa tired and in need of a makeover. For the almost 10 & half thousand euro’s (For two weeks), we expected the villa to be in far better condition, & that all the equipment & facilities would be in good working order. We did translate a list of issues for Daniel, the manager, & later for Yvan the owner; they feel the villa is of a good standard!!! On this we will have to differ. It would help if there were instructions for all the equipment and facilities as Daniel does not speak English. We have hired a number of villas over the years, and have never been as disappointed with the condition as we were with this one. On the Website, more up to date photos of the inside of the villa i.e. bedrooms, bathrooms and apartments would be good and less of the palm trees.

notre séjour du 15/12/2018 au 22/12/2018 Villa très agréable, un jacuzzi a bonne température 38° beau séjour pratique pour une grande famille, le point fort c'est d'avoir plusieurs petits appartements ce qui permet de s'isoler. Aussi une piscine extérieure chauffée très appréciable en hiver. Très bonne literie et dans l'ensemble net et propre. A l'arrivé ont a été bien accueillis. Personnellement je recommande cette Villas Pharos, a 50 m de la plage. Bertrand
