2 Central Athens Apartments with Balconies and Rooftop. CT13

Apartments CT13 combine two stylish apartments, making them ideal for groups of up to 10 guests.

Cosy CT1, located on the 4th and top floor, accommodates up to 3 guests, while artistic CT3, on the 1st floor, sleeps up to 7 guests. Both apartments are accessible by elevator, which can be reached after a few steps at the building entrance.

Both apartments feature balconies and share access to a rooftop terrace with Parthenon views. The elevator reaches the top floor and a short flight of steps is required to access the rooftop terrace. Apartment CT1 has a minor step inside the bathroom.

Both apartments are fully equipped and offer high-speed internet, while CT3 also includes a dishwasher and dryer for added convenience.

Ideally situated in central Athens, the apartments are within easy reach of the city’s historic sites, cafés, and shops.

Psirri, our neighbourhood, is a lively and historic part of central Athens known for its unique blend of tradition and modern flair.

Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri still showcases traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. Its streets are also famous for bold street art and charming neoclassical architecture.

Perfect place in Athens

Location amazing, near restaurants, shopping, culture. Not only clean but also cute! Balcony, history, art. Excellent and responsive management. A few stairs to manage (maybe 8) but great elevator. We had the 2 apts for 11 people from 4-79 years old and everyone was thrilled with the place. Imagine! Would return in a heartbeat.

We had an opportunity to stay in both units in this building during our 12 days in Athens. This unit (the larger one) is far superior to the upper unit (in our opinion). Plenty of space, comfy beds, nice showere, AC worked great. Easy to walk to restaurants and historical sites. We could have done without the earthquake, however! Upon arrival, Costas took us on a short walking tour of the neighborhood which was really helpful - you can tell he lives nearby; everyone knows him! Great little bakery just a block away.

Convenient central Athens location

These clean well appointed apartments are central to restaurants and the Acropolis, but on a quiet street. A short walk to the Metro at Monastiraki Station then takes you quickly to any part of Athens. The office is next door and the staff are VERY helpful. We were even given a walking tour of the neighborhood to be sure and know where to get groceries and other services. We especially liked the restaurant and ice cream recommendations. Our favorite gelato was at Da Vinci's. It is a MUST try!!

Scottish/Greek Wedding in Athens ...

My family had a wonderful week in Athens for my daughter's wedding. The apartments were ideal, with enough space to allow the children (4, and 2) to run about safely. They were spacious and airy, and on the day of the wedding, we had bridesmaids, hairdressers, and make-up ladies making preparations, all of whom had plenty of space. The location was great, only 5 minutes walk to Monastiraki. Costas was especially helpful. You will remember the kilts, Costas! Great week.

Very nice people, good clean apartments, elevator available, closer to the market etc. only walking distance to restaurants, acropolis but the only downside is the area though safe is not very upscale. Old buildings around, Parthenon is not visible .

Great apartments, but abandoned houses around

The apartments are very clean and nicely decorated, very spacious and confortable. The only problem we found was the curtins of the apartment in the third floor, as they were not thick at all and the light early in the morning wakes you up. However, the apartment in the first floor did not have this issue. Other thing to note is that the apartaments are just 2 streets from a beautiful area full of nice restaurants and charming bars and terraces, but around the apartments there are several abandoned houses and to cross those empty streets after dark can be scary. The staff was really nice and helpful during check in and check out.

Boutique Athens - Great stay!

Boutique Athens was very nice, spacious and clean. Can't say enough about how helpful the team was with showing us around, providing recommendations, and searching for a lost passport. They provided coffee, milk and water and showed us to a nearby bakery. The beds were very comfortable. We had two apartments and would rent again. Thanks.
