The Seaview Terrace Apartment is in the former Cardinal's home, a soaring cream stone 17th century building gazing down on the bay of the Adriatic. It has recently been renovated to a high standard with well-equipped contemporary kitchen, new beds and always freshly laundered linen. Sitting room furniture is a modern leather sofa and work area with desk and seat. TV unit with DVD player and DVDs for guests' use.

Off this is the top bedroom with double bed and windows opening to a view of verdant landscape. Adjoining is a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The lower bedroom, with three single beds, has original stripped stone walls and en suite bathroom. This is accessed by steps down from the terrace. This room has a small private terrace with table and chairs and a kettle for making tea.

The large terrace at ground level overlooks the sea and has a dining table for six and sun loungers.

Great apartment, amazing terrace in Cupra Alta

I was holiday with 19 year old son and girlfriend. We loved the apartment - amazing terrace, quick walk down to beach on white road, two very private rooms and kitchen well equipped for cooking etc. would recommend.

Fantastic Apartment!

The views alone are to die for! The location is perfect, between Grottamare/San Benedetto (5 mins) and Numana (45 mins) We spent every day hitting a variety of beaches as far away as Sirocco and as close as Cupra. The apartment itself is tremendous. Beautifully appointed, spacious and with all modern conveniences. Giordano was a wonderful communicator and made check in a breeze. We would happily stay here 100 times over. This apartment is an absolute gem!

Magnificent terrace and view !

Scrupulously clean and no surprises. We lived on the terrace morning and night - that was the most delightful aspect of this apartment. There was always parking relatively close by during our stay. Shopping was easy, and the wines and fish lived up to all expectations. As we enjoy swimming in the late afternoon, there was always place to park down at the shore, and at times an entire beach all to ourselves! Many lovely medieval towns for day trips.

Beautiful apartment in a picturesque Medieval village

The apartment is situated in the Medieval village Marano, above Cupra Marittima. It has got a wonderful terrace with on the one side a beautiful view of the seaside and on the other side a view of the sunset above the hills in the evening. It was quite hot, when we stayed there in August, but on the terrace there was always a bit of wind. The apartment is well equipped and furnished. We felt very privileged when we had dinner on the terrace and could watch the sunset. It is a unique location!

Amazing view but no AC.

We had a lovely week in Cupra Marittima. The apartment was lovely although we missed air condition as it was very warm during our stay. The bedroom downstairs, where our children slept, was cool and nice. The view from the terrace is amazing. It’s not far to walk to the beach or to the village but it’s hard work to get back as the apartment is located on a hill. (Steep walk going back.) For us it was fine to walk back and forth but with younger kids I wouldn’t recommend it. /Camilla

casa con panorama molto bello

la casa è bella e comoda , un pò meno la stanza sotto che rimane chiusa e puzza di muffa nonostante il deumidificatore sempre acceso , ottimo il terrazzo per colazioni e aperitivi con panorama , essendo un pò rialzato dal mare è sempre abbastanza fresco anche nei giorni di caldo pesante la sera ha sempre rinfrescato . Si arriva al mare in 10 min a piedi poi si consiglia di risalire con la navetta gratuita che fa servizio dalle 19 alla 01 . Nel borgo non si può salire in auto durante l'orario della ztl 19-01

Licht und Schatten

Hier noch ein paar positive Anmerkungen: - wundervolle große Sonnenterrasse mit wunderschönem Blick - sehr gut ausgestattete Küche - 2 Ventiltoren vorhanden - sehr gute Wasserqualität - 2 tolle Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar - wunderbare Vorortbetreuung durch Giordano, nochmals danke für die Hilfe mit unserer Tür Leider auch einige negative Anmerkungen: - sehr präsenter Autobahn- & Zuglärm (Hauptzugstrecke direkt neben dem Strand in der "Unterstadt") - Weg zum Strand ca. 15 min. strammer, steiler Fußmarsch in die "Unterstadt", zurück dann steil bergauf natürlich länger, nur etwas für fitte Leute, die gut zu Fuß sind!! - sehr schwierige Parksituation, Auto konnte nur bei Ankunft und Abfahrt zum Be- und Entladen in die Nähe der Wohnung gefahren werden, sonst nur außerhalb der "Oberstadt" möglich (mind. 5 Min. Fußweg, v.a. beschwerlich beim Einkäufe tragen) parkte man das Auto für eine Zeit etwas näher an der Wohnung, verständigten die Anwohner die Polizei (€ 30,-/Strafzettel) - unbedingt aufpassen, wo man auch in der "Unterstadt" parkt, hier erhielten Autos mit ausländischem Kennzeichen relativ schnell Strafzettel oder wurden direkt abgeschleppt, italienische Autos am selben Parkort blieben unbehelligt - man fühlte sich leider generell von den "Einheimischen" als Tourist/Gast auf Zeit des Öfteren nicht er- und gewünscht, sehr schade! - sich unbedingt um Mückenschutz kümmern

Beeindruckende Lage nach beschwerlichen Aufstieg

Der Ameisenbefall in der Wohnküche war ein Problem, das erst mit dem gründlichen Säubern des Oberlichtes zur Straßenseite und dem regelmäßigen Kehren der ausgesprochen schönen Terrasse eingeschränkt werden konnte. Sehr kleinlich fanden wir die Regelungen zur Nutzung weiterer Handtücher und Zudecklaken. Ansonsten haben die Wohnung und die Terrasse eine sehr individuelle und angenehme Atmosphäre.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft verbracht, hier stimmt einfach alles! Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Vermieterin antwortet sehr schnell und vor Ort erfolgt die Wohnungsübergabe über den sehr nette Hausverwalter, es ist sehr angenehm und unbürokratisch. Wir werden gerne wieder in diese Unterkunft kommen.

Great view

This apartment are located in a fascinating surrounding. Perfectly placed in an old town area on top of a hill above the village. The terrace is wonderful and the rooms are fresh and well equipped. After a week in Tuscany we wanted a couple of days close to a beach, then this stay was perfect. Giordano, the agent for Jasmijn, was really helpful and made us feel welcome. I can absolutely recommend this apartment it really exceeded our expectations.
