This stunning property boasts a perfect location. Set in the Boquer region 'Casa de Suenos' is a 5 minute walk from the gentle shelving sandy beaches and famous 'Pine walk' of Puerto Pollensa.
A haven for families, this majestic retreat combines modern architecture and traditional Majorcan stone producing a vast, sunny space with modern facilities.
The extensive, covered terraces provide shade and privacy whilst enabling you to enjoy outdoor living with the back drop of the Serra de Traumuntana mountains and the extensive views over the bay, the marina and beyond.

Puerto Pollenca is a North Majorcan town featuring a large marina. Once a quiet fishing village this beautiful resort is situated around a horseshoe shaped bay protecting the beaches from strong winds and producing calm, warm water.

The `Pine Walk`, lined with spectacular villas and pine trees is perfect for an evening stroll. The quiet,sheltered beaches here are ideal for the younger members of the family. Further around the bay the main beach is wide and long offering a host of water sports and beach bars.

The numerous restaurants offer superb gastronomic experiences ranging from Paella on the beach, fish restaurants on the marina and other cuisines lining the beach, around the square and scattered through the back streets of the town.

Amazing villa with wonderful views

Beautifully set up for a large group. We were worried that 10 of us would feel a lot in the villa but there are so many different places to relax that it worked wonderfully. The views over the Puerto Pollensa bay are wonderful & the villa is beautifully equipped with everything you need. Can’t wait to go again

We had a wonderful week in this amazing house. Plenty of room for everyone, and the most fantastic swimming pool. Location about 10 minutes' walk from the beach and restaurants, with an incredible view over the bay. Aly was a very helpful and responsive host.

Spectacular property

The house is extraordinary, with excellent air conditioning, modern fittings and equipment, remarkable views, and a wonderful location just a short walk from the beach and plenty of waterfront restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and the owner was very helpful and all communications, arrival etc. were smooth. The bbq is not in the best condition, but it was perfectly adequate for the one time we used it. Overall a very special place which we would definitely return to!

Brilliant. Communication with host was excellent from the start. Made every effort to assist with our needs at the villa. We had 4 kids under 4 in our group and were all catered for with beds and hire info. Villa perfect in every way, kept us very fit with the layout. All facilities and kitchen/bbq/pizza oven equipment to hand. Great location to walk to beach in 10 mins and centre of PPoll 15 mins. Thoroughly recommend and a big big thank you.

Dream holiday villa

I rented Casa de los Sueños to spend one week with my family (children & grandchildren). We know Puerto Pollenca since many visits in the area. From which we've rented the neighbour propoerty of Casa de los Sueños 3 times. Therefore, we knew that the location is perfect both for walking down to the city with its Pine Walk, beaches, restaurants and shops as well as a strating point for bike rides on the island. Our expectations were sky high! CdlS is truely a dream holiday villa. The spacious and luxurious house, with a large salt water infinity pool and an absolutely stunning view over the lovely bay of Port de Pollenca and Serra de Tramontana, offers the percect base for a great vacation. The different areas in and around the house makes it versatilefor different purposes: Socializing in smaller or larger groups, enjoying nice meals as well as withdraw spending time on your own. Our holiday week was, unfortunately, impacted by the fact that the central AC system did not work until the last couple of days of our visit. Alyson Vernon is a marvellous host. She was truly engaged working hard to solve the problem including seeking temporary solutions! We assume that this problem is not going to be an issue for future visitors. And will therefore undoubtly recommend Casa de los Sueños for holiday celebrations like ours! Thank you Aly!

Spectacular retreat overlooking the bay

From the moment we stepped inside, we felt so lucky to have found this special place. Set at the foot of a mountain with views in all directions, it was quiet and secluded, yet an easy walk to the beach and the center of town with its many shops and restaurants. The villa itself was spacious and elegant, and a joy to spend time in, but everyone's favorite spot was the swimming pool and the patio surrounding it. We were welcomed by Marga the housekeeper who was truly wonderful and left us a bountiful welcome hamper. Can't wait to plan our next visit!

Stunning Villa

Booked Casa de Los Suenos in 2019 for a family holiday the following year. However, due to covid, we had to cancel twice and rescheduled for 2022. The villa and pool are outstanding as is Aly who was very helpful if we had any questions. Beautiful views from the upstairs terrace, which we enjoyed every evening with a gin and tonic. Very spacious with big bedrooms and pool was large and sparkling. We had a great family holiday…..well worth the wait.

The perfect get away

Aly’s villa was everything we had hoped for. After nearly not getting there due to canceled flights we arrived late Saturday night, The housekeeper drove over to meet us and show us around without any fuss. The welcome basket and the best pool anyone could ask for were the perfect antidotes to three days or travels that included canceled flights and sleeping on floors and other short term accommodations. Aly is probably to most friendly and responsive communicator I have rented from. Despite there not being any real problems it is nice to know someone is on the other end of the line and also very willing to provide a lot of great recommendations for food and activity. I won’t hesitate to go back. Thanks for a great week!

We had arranged our wedding at the Illa Dor Hotel, we wanted to keep our family and friends together so looked at villas. We found this villa fitted all our needs. We had small children with us so perfect for when they needed a nap during the day. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need. It's big enough for a large family with plenty of space if you want some alone time. We all had the best holiday. Views are amazing.

Fantastic villa with breath taking views over the bay. Very well appointed, no room disappoints. Beautiful pool and terrace. Sleeps 10 very comfortably without ever feeling on top of each other. 5 minute walk into town but far enough out to be extremely peaceful. Villa owner couldn't have been more helpful and accommodated all our needs.
