- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Villa with 250sqm in Sa Torre, Llucmajor.  
This modern property has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with double beds (2 Queen size bed and 1 King size bed) and the room left has 2 single beds (90cm wide) All the bedrooms have A/C and also the living room. Dinning room is designed to gather around the family and it has 6 chairs available and wood fireplace, TV satellite and Internet.  
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that you may need during your vacations.  
Outdoors you will find the private pool 8x4m and 1.10 to 2m deep. There is also 5 hammocks, BBQ, private garden and a 45sqm porch.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.  € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.   
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 
The price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Electricity costs are not included in the price and have a cost of 0.25 € / kw. Winter heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night
