Live the beach life at Holiday Surf & Racquet Club Unit 119, a modern coastal–inspired, ground-floor beachfront retreat located on Holiday Isle along the beautiful Gulf Coast. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the unit comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

The condo features hardwood flooring throughout and a bright, open living space. The living room includes a fabric couch with a sofa sleeper, a ceiling fan, and a 50-inch TV with DVD player, making it the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. The upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar, dining table, or outside on the private gated patio while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, a ceiling fan, and a 50-inch TV with DVD player. The en-suite master bathroom includes a tub for unwinding after a long beach day. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, while the guest bathroom also includes a tub, providing convenience and comfort for all guests.

Step out onto the private patio, furnished for relaxation, and enjoy the ocean breeze. From the back gate, it’s just a short two-minute boardwalk stroll to the private white-sand beach.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

1) Umbrellas such as the type used for shading the sun on the beach are permitted but must not remain erected unless used. The diameter cannot be greater than 8 ft. Under no circumstances shall umbrellas be left overnight on the beaches of Holiday Isle.
