Holiday Surf and Racquet Club

The Holiday Surf and Racquet Clib is a great property. It has many different condos to choose from. The property is older, but it is right on the beach. Beautiful views on a beautiful beach.

Quick beach getaway

Property was very clean and the staff was very helpful. My only complaint were the pool lounge chairs were very uncomfortable. Thee was a gap between the back and the seat of the chairs, so it was very uncomfortable for the lower back. Holiday Surf might want to invest in some comfortable pool chairs.

Comfortable & Convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable unit and conveniently located on the beach, 3rd floor, not far from stairs and elevator. Workout room is on the same floor. Only negative was that the bathroom had a small sink & not much counter space for essentials.

Thank you for reviewing our property. We have informed the owner about the bathroom vanity but unsure a bigger vanity would fit in the bathroom.

Not clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My one year old was covered in dirt from her knees to her feet, it was disgusting to have to give her a bath every time we came back to the house because of how dirty the floors were.

August 2024-Birthday/Anniversary Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a Premiun level condo which was adequate but had few extras. Only 4 pictures on the walls in total. Very plain, almost a bit tired. Would have preferred a king bed but the queen was adequate. Only had 3 pillows on the bed but 2 were so hard they could not be used. There were extras in the closet. The chest in the bedroom needs more room and the drawers barely opened and closed. The view was good and liked that we were not above the pool. There was not even any salt and pepper so simple spices added to the kitchen would have been nice. We have been coming to this condo for many years and enjoy the amenities offered. The employees are always very nice. We will return but would probably not stay in this condo again unless it was the only one available.

4/10 Poor

Beautiful view, dirty condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort was very easy to find and great location to get to everything within a 10-15 minute drive. The description of the condo states "Renovated Beachfront luxury condo" Very misleading. It has been renovated and updated but very poorly and possibly 10 years ago. The furniture was all stained and dirty. The floors are "new" but were very dirty. Our socks instantly turned black. My toddler was crawling on the floor and instantly had dirty hands and knees. I presented to the front desk and asked if someone could come clean the floors. They acted very annoyed and bothered. I don't think anyone ever came and cleaned them by the way. The walls were all scuffed up and marked. The pictures make the place look beautiful. The view was the only good thing about the place. Very disappointed.
