Charming Algarvian style and design villa, single floor living plan, located in the Golden Triangle, set within a fully enclosed private property with gardens of 1 hectre, 2 minutes from all amenities including the infamous golf course Quinta do Lago. Next to Vilamoura, 15 mns from Albufeira. This is our family vacation home which we are pleased to share with our guest. Completely private, no overlooking neighbors, a true garden of Eden. The security of the property is provided by a private company and a network of outdoor surveillance cameras. Perfectly located to fully enjoy the surrounding area when you wish and then just close the gates, and enjoy private paradise.

Wonderful Holiday

The photos don’t do it justice! The villa is beautifully presented and the outside space is stunning. We had the most wonderful, relaxing time and would highly recommend it.

Paradise August 2019

We have been travelling to Almancil for our summer holidays for the last 15 years and have stayed at a variety of villas. A good outside area is very important as our autistic son likes outdoor space. This villa is in a traditional style, and much more spacious than the pictures give it credit for, with a well equipped kitchen, good bathrooms and a super King sized bed in the master suite. There are multiple rooms and seating areas so you can spend as much time with family/friends or enjoy some alone time !! There is a beautiful outdoor pool set in the most AMAZING, extensive gardens, with cork trees, beautiful shrubs and water features with croaking toads/frogs which add to the ambience, and plenty of birds to watch. The fantastic gardens and pool are lit by night, with different eating and sitting areas and barbecue so all the family can enjoy. The villa is very private, with its own electric gates and a simple to use security alarm, which was reassuring, if unnecessary. Despite its seclusion the villa is only minutes away (by car) from restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and all the hustle and bustle of Almancil and the golden Triangle. Señor Nunes looked after the grounds and pool during our stay and was extremely unobtrusive. The management company were extremely helpful. I am sad our holiday is over and hope to return to enjoy this paradise in the new future. Thankyou Barbara.

Worst Rental Experience Of My Life

This house is falling apart and has many issues. We stood for a week in July 2022 in peak summer and arrived to find multiple broken air conditioners including in the master bedroom and in the other bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Each day we were given a different excuse and told the broken units would be fixed the next day but they remained broke for our entire week long stay. We asked for the pool to be heated and we’re told we had to pay an extra 200 euros upon arrival which we agreed to (above the 4K+ rental cost) yet we arrived to a cold pool and later found out the pool heater was broken (we got the 200 returned). The outdoor furniture is not what you see in the pictures but is instead plastic loungers without any cushions. The property also had a WASP nest in the backyard which limited our ability to use the outdoors. During our stay the hot water heater broke leading to freezing showers. We also came home one night to find an ant infestation with hundreds of ants in one of the bedrooms and in the hall bathroom. A different night we came home to find the faulty front door lock would not work and we needed a locksmith to let us into the house. The shower did not drain properly, bathroom door would not close properly and the list goes on. I spoke to VRBO and they said the broken air conditioners alone were a “material misrepresentation and fell under their Book With Confidence Guarantee” which entitled me to a full refund and VRBO finding me a new rental house to move to. Since I was reassured that the air conditioning would be fixed the next day I didn’t exercise that option since we didn’t want to waste a day packing and moving houses. I was finally told only on day 5 that they would not fix the air conditioning. Sleeping in that heat was the worst week of sleep in my life. The owner acknowledged the “cascade of issues” we had to deal with (her own words) yet didn’t proactively offer ANY compensation and even ignored my request for a partial refund. VRBO also reached out to her to encourage a partial refund but that was ignored too.

Michael is dishonest and disrespectful. A simple verity I expose to validate my statement is that Michael asked that I reflect on a refund so that he could take this into his account of providing a review. I will not succumb to such behavior/threat. Yes, unfortunately, 2 air units broke and could not be replaced in such a short period of time despite all efforts made on a daily basis and keeping Michael fully informed. I take my role as a host and comfort of my guest, very seriously. The reviews before and after Michael's stay speak for themselves as to the villa condition and my implication. Good luck to potential future host.

Great holiday in a lovely villa

Just returned from our fabulous holiday in this lovely, clean and spacious villa. The holiday home is in a great location and the pool and garden are fabulous. The host is very responsive and nothing too much trouble. A great week for the whole family.

Lovely unique house, very cool (temperature) in side. Huge garden , lovely pool. Very quiet and secluded Central - 10 minutes from everywhere. Highly recommended. We’ll come back again.

Spacious villa with fantastic garden and pool area in nice and quite surroundings

We are a family of 5 people which spent 6 enjoyable days in this spacious villa which has a magnificent pool area in a beautiful garden. This is definitely a villa that we would like to revisit any time. It is comfortably located providing access to the many choices of restaurants and beaches on the Algarve coast.
