Nice apartment Seville center with parking

Our apartment is located in the historic center of Seville in an ancient palace recently restored house, which is all new, and very modern !!!.
You will see in the photos the entrance with marble floors and double security door with manual key entry.
Access to the first floor where our apartment, you can do by stairs or take the elevator, which is in the midst of the two courtyards of the building, next to a beautiful vertical garden.

The apartment has hall, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, garage and two bedrooms with comfortable beds and closets, and a sofa bed in the living room.

It has also heating / central air conditioning throughout the house, so you will not go neither hot nor cold. I love walking barefoot on the parquet floor !!!

Internet, television, super equipped kitchen with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, iron, hair dryer, part of what we can offer in our house, because we want you to feel at home. If you need something specific, you can ask and we will gladly facilitártelo.

If you come by car you can leave it on our parking space in the same building. As you see in the picture fits a big car.
