Our beautiful and welcoming home can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. You reach the sea through a beautiful pine forest. Ideal for a quiet holiday with all comforts. The house is fully equipped including a parking space. The residential area is quiet and well served: games for children (directly in the pine forest in front of the house), shops and supermarkets in Piazza Torino. The beach with white sand is served by bathing establishments and free beaches directly in front of 30 meters.

Ideal location and amenities

We had a great stay at the beachside property, the location is absolutely ideal close to the beach and any amenities, the apartment is well furnished, comfortable and provides everything we needed as guests , would stay again!

Laut und hellhörig

Laut Anzeige der Vermieterin soll das Haus ruhig und komfortabel sein. Mit Hilfe von Street View sahen wir ein schönes, altes Haus. Entsprechend war unsere Vorfreude. Aber die Enttäuschung war groß. Das Haus stand in der zweiten Reihe, nicht direkt an der schönen Strasse. Es war ein unattraktiver zweistöckiger Neubau, die Wohnung (!) lag also mitten in einem Wohnbock. Kein Wunder, dass es kein Bild von der Fassade auf der Web-Seite gibt. Die Eisenbahnschienen verliefen direkt hinter dem Haus, direkt hinter dem Küchenfenster. Die Nachbarn waren sehr lebhaft, es hörte sich an als seien sie im Nebenzimmer und nicht in einer anderen Wohnung. Ab 22:30 h wurde es langsam ruhiger, die Kinder gingen schlafen. Wir wussten immer, welche Nachbarn zu Hause sind. Die Vermieterin nahm unsere Beschwerden nicht ernst, beschwichtigte: "Es ist eine saubere Wohnung. Sehen Sie das doch positiv." Wir hatten für 7 Tage gebucht, haben nach 2 Tagen eine schöne Alternative gefunden und sind geflüchtet.

Erholsamer Strandurlaub

Wir verbrachten schöne Tage in einem schönen Ort mit schönen Stränden. Typische reizvolle Städte im Umkreis von Porto San Giorgio haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartement war sehr sauber und funktionell für eine Familie.
