Updated, nicely decorated - beach side home. 2/br - 2/ba with sleeper sofa (all queen size beds). Large open floor plan - great room/kitchen combo with nice gulf views. Wi-fi Internet and cable, TV's in both b/r's and l/r. Large laundry room with washer dryer. Large front and rear deck with gulf and bay views. Private 4 person Jacuzzi on covered rear deck. Out door shower and enclosed patio under house with TV, 2 person wicker swing, gas grill, built in bar and bar stools. Non-smoking rental. No pets.
