Best home base we’ve ever stayed at on the road. This place is top notch comfortable & has any & every household amenity you could ever dream of. Traveling with an older dog & visiting with family in the area, felt just like home from the minute we opened the door. Most accurately listed rental we’ve ever come across. This Downtown Zen property was a perfect place for our 5 nite stay in COS. Close to DT and OCC shops, restaurants, parks and breweries. The house itself was spotless, and contained everything we needed to feel right at home. I highly recommend this place and would have no hesitation to stay there again.

Perfect distance for our adventures! We parked at Dillons Hub & used the bus to Manitou incline. We did the Cog Railway. Visited Old Colorado & shopping . Visited 7 waterfalls, old ruins & the windy cave . The home was perfect for everything . We even had deer right up to the gate. Wish they were moose though,

This is the perfect little spot near everything in Colorado Springs! It’s super clean and everything is labeled so it is easy to find when looking through the house. It was exactly as described!! We really enjoyed our stay

I loved staying in this home! I had two dogs with me and they loved the outdoor space, which was fully enclosed. The house is cozy and beautiful and I enjoyed every moment. Don't be scared off by the "no air central air conditioning" as the AC unit in the living room keeps things nice and cool. I was even chilly at some moments (Ha Ha) and it was almost 100 degrees out. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. The only downfall is that the area is a bit rough around the edges and I was a woman traveling solo. But...I never had any problems and felt safe. I walked the dogs around everyday and there was even a dog-friendly brewery within walking distance! The host was lovely and welcoming and responded quickly when I reached out. So...all in all...I highly recommend this cute little home!!!
